Society is good there surroundings was ok as some area forward this society seems like slum or village area overall society is good.

If you have 3 crore in your pocket than go and buy the flat here. Awesome place to live, gated society, security, no notice pollution, dedicated parking, 3 flat in one floor only. Rent is also quite high like 34-40k per month plus 5k society maintenance.
