It’s a family run nursing home and family kind of care you can expect.
Doctor are very caring and considerate of your condition and situation and they can treat any worst case possible in deliveries.

It was my 1st experience with WNH & I love the hospitality given by the WNH. Dr. P. K. Arora is genuinely a best & experienced & her attitude & behaviour is very homely. I was very scared when i concieve because it is my second baby in 1.5 year.she made me very relax & comfortable in my whole treatment of 9 months. A big thanks to Dr. P. K. Arora & the whole hospital team & other Doctors too. She is live saviour for me & my kids because my condition get worst in 8month last due to increased lykra. Again THANK U Very much to the Dr. & staff.

Not a proper nursery. They didnot have ICU if they want to put your baby for checkup

Need to act professional. We are also professional but not in medical. We also have other work to manage. If your staff or doctor have given some one as timing you need to obey that.
Below standard need improvement

Plz donot consult this doctor for pregnancy issues. When we visited 1st time, she made us wait for 2 hrs. Whole staff was unprofessional and the dr insists on laproscopy instead of suggesting alternative methods. Their business thrives on fear. The radiologist gives worst report. They told my wife had 4 kidney stones when we did usg from a well known diagnostic center, no kidney stone was found. She also told my wife that she has a cyst in her right ovary which was again fake diagnosis. Thankfully we trusted our instinct and went for another diagnosis. I must say visit on your own risk. But please consult with another professional before consulting them.

Do not visit this nursing home. Everything in this nursing home is below the standards. Starting from the reception, the area and receptionist both are aged. Receptionist is full with blank face, she never knew when will doctor come. Only answer she has it that doctor is coming. The sisters / nurses are also lazy and not interest in working for the patient. In terms of amenities, there is one Air Conditioner fitted in the basement, which will start if the head of the nursing comes and says "AC chalu kar de". No matter how many patients are there but you will be sitting in heat and humidity. The lady doctor, I wish not to visit her again, has a problem of understanding patient and communicating it back to patient. Dr. P. Kaur, she is pathetic with knowledge. She cant understood my problem. For once i visited for consultation. She eats her own words, she cant communicate properly. Talking about x y z people who I even dont know and giving examples of people with whom there is no connection of my problem. Dr. Talks in between with nurses of her family and things to do in her house. How unprofessional she is. There is no end to it. The radiologist is also below standand. The machine in radiology is soo out dated. The radiologist does not have knowledge too, dumbest person in this nursing home. DO VISIT AND GET CHECKED AT YOUR OWN RISK"
