Westside - Unity One Mall, Rohini

Their ground floor AC never works, every time you ask them to at least switch on the AC they tell you the same reason of it is getting repaired. People get completely wet in sweat but their Admin and maintenance department don't bother at all. All they want is cost cutting and saving some money from the electricity bill.

Never got any wear item as per size.i want female size in small not available
I want male shirt in medium size they don't have

Never place any online order with westside
they are fraud, i returned my order and they are not initiating my refund it's been 10 days

Saddened by the slow decline of services. The (paid) membership is nothing more than a scam at this point. Returns take 30-45 min. The credit note is valid for 6 months and you don't ever get your money back. And they can all convinently hide behind the phrase 'Company policies'. More than half of my wardrobe used to be from Westside but now I find it difficult to shop with their practices.

Their billing section is really very bad they will make you wait at least for half an hour before the payment.

Very wroste experience with that store and want to advise everyone that never buy from Westside like stores because they never give you rest money if you exchanging an item there. They will provide you a credit note instead your remaing balance which will be expired in 6 months. In other words you are forced to buy another stuff from their store else you will loose your money which is given you in form of credit note. Even there you will have to buy paper bag in 8 rs.so they also not giving you a free carry bag as well. Hope you everyone know that each footwer showroom gives a free carry bag along with purchased stuff. I just want to spread awareness by this little note for every customer like me.

This westside does not have a wide collection of clothing.
The staff is very helpful & cooperative.

It is based on 2 floors of the mall. The ground floor is majorly men & Female's traditional wear.
First floor is dedicated to females & kids. Female section has all types of female attires, accessories, footwear.

Carry bag is chargeable & billing can be done on both the floors.

Along with shopping, you can also have fun here, you can also eat good food, and there is also a lot of space for parking.

Mall is good, pvr is there if you wanna see movie at sudden.
Not much discount can be seen in shops.however not much shops can be seen but plus point is your baby rides.
So if you have baby, come here and let them enjoy the rides.

Bikaner is there, kfc and near by burge king, haldirams and more malls are there
