MRP is something, billing in another value
Displayed offers were not there in system

Offline book shops pushing customers to move permanently to online

Staff are really rude, 8 of them standing behind the till and only one serving. Don't take notice of ques, threw the money back at me and no prices on anything

BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP-sharing my experience. Yesterday I got 2 brass idols lord krishna & lord ganesha and they have charged me approx 2500/- rs extra. The receipt for lord krishna picture says 6050 where as the price was close to $4000. Also the receipt pic description says 'krishna with cow' and there is now cow in the statue. Lastly, charged 60rs for extra bag and never told me about the charge. They know that we are going out of country and won't be back and can't complain them.
The sales person name on receipt is RAJA. WH smith true robber, liar and do these kind of frauds with foreign passangers.

Unethical conduct. There was a offer for Buy 1 get 1 on a set of books. After doing selection for sometime, when I went for purchase, the book store staff said the book is not covered in under the offer, and they have kept it there by mistake.

0 star for the front desk employee who told the customer behind me, that it's ok to pass because they were from foreign country and bought expensive electronic.

The worst experience in india.the staff is not welcoming and does not listen to the customer's request. I want to pay in euros and without telling me, the manager makes me pay in rupees, which includes fees.it is necessary to change store manager because he is incompetent

Had a good experience looking around for books at WH Smith bookstore at Delhi International Airport. Was looking for a coloring book for my son and found a great avengers book. Perfect to keep him occupied during travel. But they didn't have any crayons or coloring pencils, so it was helpful right now, hopefully pretty soon it will be handy.

The store keepers in this store is very rude and take customer needs for granted. Way buying chivalry’s worth 2000 here. And got a very rude response from store keeper. When escalated the matter the manager Mr. Jubair was worse than her and not even listen to my issues. They openly insult customers in public and defame customer by abusing. This is not only damaging customers but also many who work sincerely in this brand. This needs attention.

I think you guys need to do some serious improvement on hiring your staffs so People don’t get to hear “oh you saw so many books and buying just a water bottle? ” This is what a normal dumb head would ask…yes I browsed through many books and I dint find any unread of my preferred genre and I think your staff thinks seeing books is like selecting colors or nice front cover of book and start reading. Three people stood right in front of me and started giggling and one had guts to ask above also. Just that I have good temper I did not slap them.

As a publisher, how can we keep our books in this store?
We have some impressive titles.

Can sell Evian water bottle at 150 and cant have change of 500 rs to sell bottle than why are they selling

The items are good but the staffs are not courteous and hospitality is worst. They treat customer as if they are selling in some local Kirana store

Absolute rip off! No idea what a English store brand is doing here in an Indian airport ripping off Indian travellers. A bottle of water 100 Rs.

I shopped at this store in January this year. Payment was by credit card, but this card was only used at this store. Apparently the card information was stolen, and in February, another store called me for a high-priced item. I visit India every year, but this is the first time I have been affected. I will never shop again at this store.

Things expensive but the ambience and decor is excellent. Good quality products are available here.
