Fake people, fake service, ruined my big day. Impolite, arrogant staff. Don't even bother calling them for any service. You will only end up ruining your day. I wish they just shut down there services as they can't even talk properly to the customer.

Most unprofessional, incompetent agent. Avoid if you are taking your family on a holiday. Travel will become a headache. Following issues arose during our recent trip Delhi to Manali:
1. Journey started late by five hours. After confirming departure time in writing, one of the vehicles arrived five hours late after numerous phone calls. The whole family waited with shoes on. The agent later apologised with a curt "sorry".
2. The late start of journey cost us extra because we missed our connecting prepaid lunch at the destination. The agent refused to even apologise for it.
3. One of the vehicles was making strange sounds from its suspension and we complained at start of journey but vendor assured that all is OK. In the hills, suspension of the vehicle broke and stabbed the tyre which burst on a turn. We were saved from a major accident by God's grace. The vendor was not bothered and did not follow up.
4. Repair of the vehicle took many hours and we had to hire another vehicle to reach Manali. We reached without our luggage which was strapped on the damaged vehicle. Spent the night without any belongings including medicines and clothes. The vendor was not bothered and never followed up.
5. The vehicles took inner roads to avoid the highway and paying tax for the state of Punjab This cost us over two extra hours. State taxes were part of our negotiated rate. Clearly the vendor and drivers cheated on the agreement.
6. All tyres of both vehicles were old and worn out. On return journey, tyre of the second vehicle also burst and there was no spare tyre. The second vehicle loaned its already worn out tyre to complete the journey.
7. On our way back, at Mandi (where we reached at about 5 pm) the drivers demanded balance payment. Our agreement with vendor was to give part payment at start and balance upon reaching back. We had paid more than half the amount before start of the journey and yet the drivers insisted on more money. The vendor refused to intervene and asked us to give more money. They held us hostage for over three hours on the road.
8. We filed a police complaint and had to pay for fuel and the state taxes in the interest of reaching home safe.
Mandi is a beautiful place and we had a great holiday. The travel by Wheelzon rent was most unfortunate choice. All users beware:
1. Negotiate the payment terms clearly and in writing
2. Speak to only one person. Each time a new person speaks and ignores what the earlier one had promised.
3. Make sure the route to be taken is clearly stated so that your journey is not prolonged because the driver wants to save on tax.
4. The vehicles may not belong to the vendor and you may suffer if there is dispute between vendor and the driver. So clearly have all liability of the vendor written in the agreement.
I shall pay the small remaining amount to the vendor shortly. But first this review.
Best would be to research other vendors and avoid choosing Wheelzonrent.

Very bad experience they run a scam and have multiple person's in between of which the consumer is not aware of. The vehicle they promise to send and vehicle that is sent are poles apart in features and comfort. I suggest everyone to refrain using their service as they are not trustworthy. Please try other agencies for your bookings if you don't want to spoil your journey and money spent.

Not recommended to anyone, they politely booked your package and after getting money they even don't pick your call, no helpline for any issue.
I booked innova for 7days trip for Haridwar, Rishikesh, Massourie, mathura and vrindavan.
They even don't clear all the terms and conditions while booking, once you go to the spot, then they will tell you that this car cannot go to this place, car is private not registered under taxi and all things, we booked another Innova to visit Neelkanth in Rishikesh.
In Massourie also many spots we missed like Lal Tibba, Gun Hill, George Everest etc.
I pre-booked hotel in mall road to get luxury experience, but then also driver will show his anger to you to go and book hotel by his choice to get commissions.
Other car can go but their can't. Then what's a use of booking private car for a trip.
In terms of driver, There driver is so lazy, we all wake up in the morning to do sightseeing, but driver deny to go, he sleeps till 10am.
Overall, people go to trip to enjoy with their family and friends. But this travel agency can create headache for you. So my recommendation is to avoid.
