Woodland has turned out to be an unprofessional brand and lost its charm and work ethics. I recently bought a pair of shoe from their new collection, it's sole got brhour oke in just 4 of wearing them. The staff at the south - ex store committed to repair the shoe in 15 days, but unfortunately they took more than 20 days and there was not a single call from them to report the status, i had to chase them several times and when i went back to pick my shoe it was damaged, there were gum marks all over and even the fabric was peeled off. It's a pathetic brand, i would not recommend anyone to purchase woodland product as customer service and after sale experience has been a disaster for me. I am still waiting for my shoe to get repaired and delivered as per promised again and hope by reading this review woodland would take some serious action.

Had a very bad experience with woodland South ex store. There is a offer going on where if you shop for 8k you can get any item free worth rs 1000. I liked 1 jeans but clubbed other one which was just decent as well as the socks to redeem the offer and I can get a belt free in the offer. Now once the billing was done they revealed that the offer will redeemed when you will receive the coupon code which will be come to my registered number. As directed by store incharge I was waiting for the message and I had to wait 30 min just for the message of coupon code. Now what I found strange was I received message for thank you for shopping in the store itself but the coupon code message was not getting delivered and store staff mentioned that this might be server issue so you can go outside and you will get the message but I didn't receive anyway. They said to wait for a day and you will the message. I was waiting from 3 days since I shop from the woodland I didn't receive anything I called the store and asked the status, they said the IT department is closed and we will let you know tmrw but again there was no response. After almost a week I received the message and when I asked at the store to give me the belt now they said offer on belt is no more valid and I felt like this was all a plan by store to not give offers to customer and I felt like cheated. Sharing my experience so that anyone who is planning bro buy from woodland should reconsider the decision twice.

They have two different no’s for customer support but neither of them attends ever. Been trying to reach out for update on my shoe repair that has been with them for about a month now.

South ex Woodland Store, and also a big one having all woodland variety. Location is also an advantage of this store.

For gentlemen only very limited options. At heart of south-ext they have opened a small shop not a showroom.

Never ever buy from them. They gave us a torn jacket and refused to exchange it. They don’t even know how to treat customers. This is the first time i have given a bad review to anyone.

They are not attentive, I purchased one jacket from this outlet and after 2-3 days I saw that they forget to remove the security tag because of which I have to visit again to this outlet just for security tag.
I will suggest to be attentive while purchasing from there.

Suggest not to go there during Sale. Since during sales all the not sold material will be on display for sales. Most of the items you choose might not have the correct size you would be looking for. Otherwise big place with variety of products.

The biggest woodland store in Delhi if am not mistaken. Its the best store. Should go and definitely check'em out.

Good place. Worth checking for those people who love to wear rugged boots and jackets. Price might be a little bit high in the elite section of footwear and clothing, but otherwise a good range. Classis shoes also available, along with bags and other camping accessories. For eg: tents, gloves etc.

Well, this store is a tad different and will always give you the best that woodland has on offer. Yes, discounts will be there, since that is the norm these days, but the products will be the ones you will not find everywhere.
The variety is great too! Also, adventurers out there, you are sure to find something trendy and useful in their outdoor equipments and clothing section.
