Just came to buy 1 watch for my friends mom but Mr. Prince who was assisting with us with shopping and attending all our tantrums was so sweet and helpful that we're now leaving with 4 watches!

Wonderful showroom for every Titan watch and a few other watches that you could ever look for. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found the model that I was looking for. They've got all the collections - right from kids' to adults, to smart watches to Tissot watches too!

Overall, definitely recommended if you're looking for Titan watches and you are in CP.

I have bought two watches but initially comes for only one watch to buy. The way Mr. Zulfikar shows and explains about watches it convinced me to buy two.

I went to purchase a titan octane series watch on 14th August. A CRM team attendee approached me and guided me through the selection process. The attendee was rude in his approach and made fake marketing claims to sell the product. He made claims that the sale is ending tomorrow and it'd be rational enough to buy the product then and there.well I can see that the sale of 20 percent off is still live on the official titan site. Secondly, he mentioned that the watch is apt for swimming (Tho it was not) and is made of GUN METAL. Such fake claims they made to sell the product. Lastly, the product that they gave me was already working when set on display so the battery life of the watch seems questionable. The watch that they gave me post purchase was dirty and full of smudges and yet, after enquiring about that, didn't have the courtesy to get the watch cleaned. I was confused between casio and titan, but opted for titan as a symbol of patriotism, well if the team continues to behave like this, they shall lose customers.anyway, I've been a loyal customer who has been purchasing fastrack and raga watches since 2016 from this store, this recent experience of buying a premium titan watch and yet receiving a 3rd class service has pushed me to purchase casio watches in the future. Lastly, the water resistance on the back of the watch claims to be 50M, the site claims it's 100M.please don't resort to such cheap tactics to sell your products.

Loved the huge range of collection at display to find best and also the staff hospitality.

Today very bad experience. They r very rude in behavior and liar. One ladies wasted my 2 hrs.she is very mis guiding ladies. And when ask for held to another employee, then he said "by whom u r attended, say him about very requrement. "
I am very loyal customer of titan, tanishq and titan eye plus, but today I regret to visit titan cp store.

I visited this store on 14th July 2019 and visited 3 years later now. Store has done expansion in space and variety for better. Vimal attended us and it was wonderful shopping at Titan. A true benchmark amongst Tata Group.

Worst experience, poor service.
2 times, i had visited to adjust the size of the strap of metal watch that i got it from a different titan shop, they refused to do by saying, the service is not today.

I bought a watch of Titan in February from Cannaught Palce. Watch was really nice but after few months color of watch starts to fade. When i took it back to the same center they denied to change it and it was very disappointed that i bought a watch of 10k n its not even worked for one year and that's not the first time. 3 years back i bought a watch of Titan from same place and that time also they denied to repair it and they told me to pay if i want to change strap even the watch was under warranty. Its was really very bad and unexpected experience with titan not even once but twice. Very disappointed.

When you are go for purchasing the staff behaviour is very polite and they kiss on your feet but if you go for any complaint they only give you excuses and no one help you. And they change there commitment after selling our products

Good experience, went there for a battery replacement, which was done almost instantly, professional staff & beautiful collection of watches.

Quality of watches are worst & after sale service is also worst, i purchased watch on 3rd September & it's coating start removing even in 2-3 days, when i visit the repair center they said to deposit it for 20 days & 20 days are maximum time as assured by agent, but today after 22 days they said we want some more time as model is old, on 3rd sep agent says that it's new model, they just try to make fool of there coustmers

So I bought a titan watch from the Titan branch in Connaught Place in December. The watch is amazing, of course. After buying it, when i thought that it was the end of my experience with titan, the company proved me wrong by inviting me over on my birthday nine months later and surprising me by cutting a delicious red velvet cake. It was totally unanticipated and truly made my day. Loved this gesture!

I bought a watch 2 month earlier. The chain start fading in a week jst after purchase. If this is quality of titan it is a disaster. Really disappointed.

Only Titan watches are reaired here. The chain link repair fir my Rado watch was politely declined. The staff is pleasant and polite. You can get good offers on Titan watches here. The prices are very competitive and you get value for money.
Always secure your purchase bill and warranty card unless you want to spend an extra buck for the repairs.
