Great event management in #BCIABUNDACECONCLAVE.
Team management was well taken care of.

I have attended 2 events organised by WOW.

FLAWLESS arrangements.

Too good.

There are no reasons to even consider working at this organisation. The only thing you will feel or see is that the people who sit on the higher position (which all of them are from one family only) they talk nicely. Like sweet tone but not the right tone. So the fact thag they don't raise their voice, you will be in constant dilemma of like you are wrong.
These downsides are in order of high to low.

1. SALARY LATE (in the history of their whole existence it's only a handful of time that they have given salaries on time) imagine getting your salary on 26th of next month.
2. UNNECESSARY WAY OF DOING WORK (for checking in office you will have to put your check in at 4 or 5 different places two three excel sheets and one main group there's also an excel sheet where you will put your every hour of doings) these are just tip of the Blunder there's alot.
3. NO CREATIVITY FREEDOM (the guy who runs the place is "jack of no traits and master of none" living in his own world he thinks he is right all the time and no one comes equal to him. His EGO exceeds his own height. You will be only used as tool in his guidance.
4. ZERO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (forget about actually doing something they don't even think about benefiting employee in any aspects). You might hear taunts indirectly while submitting your reimbursements.
5. TEA (what should i say about this just try making 30 cups of tea in half litre of half toned milk.

From concept to coordination, the WOW's expertise shone through, resulting in a seamless and remarkable event that exceeded all expectations.

The first job is always a special one and somehow it lays a foundation for your career.:)
The first company I had an opportunity to work for in the event industry was - WOW Events. And clearly, it turned out to be a great one!
If I have to compare it with other organizations I have worked till now, here are some points below-
1) It was a #Positive and Non-Toxic environment (as in no gossip/ politics) which is difficult to find these days.
2) The boss is Very #Understanding, and my immediate reporting head was always Very Supportive. I received constant #Training & Motivation from them.
3) As a fresher, I was given numerous opportunities and exposure and in my two years of work duration, I had two increments.
4) While I was going through some personal issues, they have always been considerate towards me.
5) The salary was always on time. Never had to worry about that.:)

So, overall it is a great place to work & I still cherish my first job! <3

Beautiful resort if u wan to host party or just chill out w friends or relatives. There are two rooms w single beds. The reception n house keeping staffs are all friendly n Kind. Place are kept clean n neat. Can walk to the seaside

I contacted Deepali for my twin nephew and niece's first birthday house party in Powai.in a week's time she arranged everything so perfectly.her sense of understanding is great and classy. She takes care of each and every detail. In this pandemic we were heartless as we're not able to throw a grand party.but
the show she put up was flawless and money wise was value for money. We wanted English, modern, classy and blend of boy and girl theme. She made it look so easy and her work is very neat. I highly recommend her work. Look forward to have our future events also from her.
