Inhe handover kar diya gya tha 7 Feb ko. 11 ho gyi aj expected date bhi nikal gyi koi update hi nhi
Ghatiya bohot ghatiya.band hi kardo company chala kyu rahe ho

Worst service provider they are delaying the customer order as well as the pickup person are under age.who are not willing to do work and showing false pickup attempts.

No call by Delivery person to me, Updated in portal that "Shipping address incomplete".

Worst courier service i have ever came across
Everytime there is a delayed delivery
Customer care they never have an answer
And secondly you are lucky if they even respond to you

It’s is the worst courier company in India. They don’t care about there customers and they don’t care about the product delivery. They just delay the delivery and extend the date by just giving excuse that delivery address is incomplete. They have the worst customer service. They even do not attend any calls of customers.

Very bad experience delivery person unprofessional unresponsive and parcel delivered after complain after 4 days

Ek dum bkwaass. Jo delivery biy aya he taken my mobile, without telling anything and open some non sense sites on my fon and showing me vuglar sites

The Delivery boy who deliver the Customer Return or the Courier Return are thief they updates wrong remark about the shipping delivered and keep the product with them, i think the vender is also involved in this will all the planning how to deal with all pro and corn. I have already requested my Ecommerce platform to remove further XpressBee delivery or return with them. Just one example there are many more i have with proof just see who deliver the item at 4: 55 Am and who picked up the item out for delivery at 2: 35 Am, Bunch of thief running a racket to steal things in easy way.

One of the worst courier company.no support at all, one of thier executive said he is near me and my package will be delivered in a moment but suddenly I got sms that customer is not reachable. And once I tried to call him back he didn't picked my call. Then I called it's support where I got no response, they put me on hold without saying anything. I wish I could give zero star, negative rating. Never trust this company. Fake company, fake lier people.

Writing the review after waiting two more days then the commited date of delivery.

No status update is available, no contact number is available. No response over mail.

I don't think this is a courier service. This seems to be a manmarji ki delivery.

Worst courier service ever. They were my shippment delivery date by ourselves and don't inform us properly and thier site don't show where is shipment Exactly. And most worst thing is that they don't receive any calls by customers "always line Busy". No options for 0 star or minus star otherwise I'll give that one for you and your service

There should be an option for negative rating?
Cheap shopping portals are using this cheap courier company.
They don't have any customer care number, the given number never connect. Always delay in delivery. Poor Poor service.
