Service and advice provided by Y-axis is best in business. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have interacted with 3 people, mrs. Simar kaur Uppal in Delhi office, Arpita Bhattacharjee in hyderabad office and mr. Arvin pannu (Process consultant- Australia) and very satisfied with their consultancy and service. I will definitely recommend Y-axis but please note that don't go Y-axis with any fake or false documents. Your all documents will be evaluated by other countries' agencies and no one will help you if they find any alteration or modification.

Thanks YAxis for making my Australian come true. It started with a meeting with Chumki Das, who supported me at every step, she was my one stop person for all my queries. Then comes my process consultant Nitya, Shrikanth and Azhar. A special work of appreciation for Azhar, whenever I got impatient he always gave me hope. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of YAxis, there thorough paper work, multiple checks, promptness all is highly appreciated.

Poor services, they just provide basic help that you can get yourself by watching YouTube videos. After getting payment, they do not follow up with the customers. You would need to call them to get help.keep changing immigration consultant who will ask you to share entire details again.

@Yaxis: Just to clarify, I am a registered customer and your Hyderabad team is calling me to pay more instead helping. I am not sure why are you mentioning that you do not find my details in your database. Its been more than two years i have paid well in advance for services and your team is least bothered about their customers.

I had a nice experience with Y axis for immigration services related to Canada. My process consultant RamKishore Raju guided me well throughout the process.

Please don't use their services. They make false promises. After give payments, they are hardly connect with you. If you really have no idea about how to get jobs in the foreign countries. Please go to youtube. Youtubers can help more than them. I told them many times that I'm not satisfied with their services. But they didn't do any efforts to do their jobs. I'm not recommend you to use their services.

One of the worst consultant. They just manuplate you to get enroll in their centre and after that they just vanish. I paid them 90k and their isn't any progress. It's lost of time and money to connect with these people. These days they don't even bother to answer you call after multiple tries.

Don’t waste your Hard earn money on them, Sales team was so talented they have art to pull money from your pocket, they will provide consultant from Hyderabad and who will work according to his convenience and will response accordingly. Wasted my 1 year, its better to put up file yourself by watching Youtube videos

My Experience with Y-axis has been very good so far. They are very prompt to reply with any queries one has. I would certainly recommend their services for immigration purposes. I was assigned Ms. Sampurna Mekala as my consultant and she has been very helpful. One of the good things about their services is that they don’t have only one person working on your case but the whole team works on the case. And they can also be reached out via whatsapp chats which really helps when you want immediate guidance. We had the worst experience with these guys. We started our process with them at the start of the pandemic.they took the entire amount from us and never kept us in the loop when the express entry process was put on hold.they are Not transparent at all, give you false hopes, keep changing consultants, some of them downright rude. The lady who we signed up with, ms tajender, also was unprofessional and rude in the later stage of the relationship, when we got frustrated with their lack of inputs/information, please don't buy into their false promises. We somehow managed to get a 50% refund, they shud have refunded the entire amount, tax amount is completely lost. And not to mention the time and hopes we invest in the process.

Excellent service with good quality, especially Prashanth Samuel is very much helpful and he is having good Knowledge, I am working for One of the good MNC client and I recommend to take immigartion assistance from Yaxis consultants.

Overall I am happy with the score but slightly disappointed with my writing. I could have done better considering I practiced a lot but at the same time, I got a very challenging subject on the essay where I had to improvise and overall struggled for ideas. So the essay was not very impactful.

Simar was helpful and understanding. I am not planning for abroad anymore. However would recommend consulting them, if you need do.

Rude and ill mannered consultants. Bare minimum knowledge and on top on that they don't tell you clearly if they can actually help or not with your case. Not at all helpful. They will schedule consultations as per their convenience and and not take into account your time and requirements. Once you raise a complaint, they will call you once and if unanswered, (they call at a time when I cant take their call despite me informing many times that it isn't suitable for me to take call as I'm working) they will "close your case" within 7 mins. No customer care support. Highly disappointed.

Please do not waste your money on Y -Axis, they don’t know anything except looting people. They all tell you to evaluate your profile first before proceeding with any analysis and they tell you that its a brief 10-20 pager report. However, this useless report is only for one page and all other pages are their advertisement. And that one page report is not worth paying them money as you can evaluate that by yourself. I asked them to evaluate my report properly and they only responded that its a standard report. The people working in their branches are not cooperative at all.

They are extremely money minded and worthless. They say that they have 99% success rate and when asked for any related data then they say that they can’t share it.

If you are really serious about your career and care about your money then go to some other overseas consultant.

Highly overrated and actually deceiving and the services they provide is actually a joke, ultimately you gotta do everything, after a year into the membership I firmly assert that all they do is just fill up a couple of forms for you and send you some mails about the process, i could easily find all these resources my self in a week or so, so I regret spending a lac rupees just for a bunch of calls and mails. Its has been a total joke for me till now.

I am Saksham Nigam studying in class 12th. I had started looking for options abroad for further studies before even the start of my 12th, the name that popped up everywhere was y axis. As I got to know more about the quality of services they provide I knew that this was the place for me and I'll receive the best guidance here. I contacted the Connaught Place branch of y-axis as I had heard that this was their flagship branch. The person I got in contact with was Sunayana Chabra, she is the team leader for the branch. I told her my case and she gave me a detailed walkthrough of the different options I had and after considering them I chose Canada. Right now I'm on the path to start applying to the Canadian universities and am pretty sure that I'll not just get into one but all the ones that the y axis team applies to. To put it in simple words the team has made the college application process exceptionally easy and convenient. It's hassle free from a student's perspective as most of if not all the work is done by the team. I am thankful to y-axis Connaught place and Sunayana ma'am for helping me out and fulfilling all my requests regarding my application and admission.

No response. Before paying fees thay were in proper contact with me. But after that they are not replying to mails. It been olmost 20 days since I have paid them but they have not started anything. Now asking for refund and they are not even replying to my mails. Wat too poor services.

SCAMMER company. I reached to them for study visa. They waste 32k and 3 months to apply for a single college. Then Asking for 20k more to just apply other colleges. Where as they had provided me in writing that I will pay 2nd instalment after LOA or visa application. If they can't keep there words. Don't go with its fancy Instagram or Facebook adds. It's India that's why they easily get away with our money. Added my dashboard, otherwise these SCAMMERS easily say "you are not our client. " For study visa go to IDP for free. They have ties with college and university unlike this Axis. ALL THE FIVE STARTED REVIEWERS HAVE JUST 1or 2 REVIEWS. SO EITHER THEY ARE PAID OR DONE BY FAKE IDs.
