If you have boot problem in Laptop, instead of solving software problem they will tell you that the motherboard is blown and need to be replaced. They will shell out Rs 8,000 to 12,000 from you. A fraud company. Never fall into their trap. Flipkart is promoting a fraud company by luring the customers with reasonable charges of Rs. 149 for any display/ software problem in Laptop and Rs. 99 for mobile phone.

Disappointing.false Commitments. No customer service. I got my phone battery replaced in june. It hardly worked for 10 days.since them I am calling them and doing follow up. They have not reverted back yet on my complaint. Being into a news channel I would strongly expose their reality and ask everyone to boycott and help many to beware of this company.

Super Chor company. Never give your laptop or mobile for repair. They will shell out 8,000 to 12,000 from you, without any fault/ defect in hardware. They will never provide you software solution for Rs. 149 or 99 as indicated by Flipkart.

Cheats. They picked up the device for battery replacement as the battery only lasted 2 to 3 hours and factory reset was done in front of the pickup agent, after 4 days the agent calls and says that the battery replacement is not successful because of motherboard issue, for which I refused and asked the person to return the device as given.
To my surprise, these scammers returned the device where it is not even charging and their team doesn't respond back now to any follow-ups. Total frauds.
They will ruin your device and then return back in dead condition and not resolve the issue ever.
Also, the delivery guy will take the receipt back with him so that you can't claim anything.

Don't get fooled by them, visit service centres.

This yaantra has blocked me over Twitter when I asked about my phone status even I called many times but no body receiving call. Yaantra has sent the courier to my address but it went again back to yaantra after that no response no tracking ID provided parcel do courier id RE3FWB562842, RLM 2021081250664

Mr. Rakesh sharma helped me sort my laptop problem, though little delay in service but kind off got the problem sorted. Hope this will be the same support i will get from you guys throughout the warranty period and afterwards. Got the laptop today going to review better after using. Thanks.

Mr Gaurav was the guy who was looking after my laptop repair case Which was given on dated 3 Oct 2021. First of all this company only running for monney because they have strategy earning money from their valuable client.let me explain how they looting a people they have a policy that they will do pick and drop facility from your house and they have a charge 500 rs in that they do repair and pick up drop cost and if client do refuse the part changes what they ask for in that case they don't repair the laptop and in that case they will return your device and deduct 300 rs and 200 rs they return as a gesture. How they do this activity suppose you no that screen of the specific laptop cost you around 10000 than they ask for 15000 in that case finally you will say no to repair because they charge atleast 20% extra from the market. The time you say no than they have rights that you said no to repair in that case they will not repay anything and easily get 300 rs from you and reverse you 200 back saying you not opted the service. Really very same this kind of company now days who are just arriu in market to loot public. Will say just to keep yourself away or pay 300 rs for they company as a charity.

I used Yaantra for my laptop repair. Bad luck for me as my laptop was not repairable due to Asus part unavailability.
Overall a nice company much better then nehru place or your local shop.

They should improve there response time to customer and should revert when customer call rather giving statements like will call back u in next 15 minutes.

They are just fraudsters, better to visit Nehru Place and get your machine repaired. They will minimum take Rs 300 and if u refuse to get your devise repaired at the cost they demand you have already lost your money and you never know which all parts. IT IS FRAUD ORGANIZATION AVOIID THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY. No timelines for your return delivery

FRAUD COMPANY - THIS IS A SCAM - SAVE YOURSELF.

It has been over 2 weeks I have given my MacBook Pro to these people. Now, they are not picking my phone. I am calling them 10 times every day. Everytime, either they put my phone on ENDLESS HOLD or they say that someone will call in 5 mins. BUT NO ONE RESPONDS EVER.

My job is at stake without my laptop.

If I do not get my laptop back in next 2-3 days, I going to LODGE A FIR - POLICE COMPLAINT against these fraudsters.

Sorry to say, a very bad service by Yaantra
My 2 phones are with them, 1 is SAMSUNG A50s which is with them from more than 7 days, they say that it will be repaired in 2 days, after 2 days, they say we by mistakenly got the wrong motherboard we will order the right one in 2 days. This is happening again and again.
2nd Pone Redmi Note 5 pro, its facing a charging issue, it with them from last 4 days, they say we will deliver it within 2 days, No today they told me that it will be delivered todays. But i still dont have my phone,
Please confirm me or I want my phones back.

Its been more than 1 months, and they picked up my airpods from my door and now they are untrackable. Now not giving back my airpods! No notifications at all from their side. Yaantra, is this the service do you guys provide? How much average time do you guys take to repair or replace a product? Who is answerable? Have i bought a product from a brand to keep that with you guys? Worst service ever, i had call pooja rana so many times, not answering at all. One month ago, she called me to whatsapp her my original bill of product, but now she also got dissapeared! Also, i am gonna complaint against them in consumer court! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Hopeless pathetic services at yantraa repair.picked up mobile for repair and kept it with them for more than a week without an update.they neither received my phone or kept me on long holds for the same.when I mailed and what sapp them also there was no response.shockingly one of thre executive s called to say that the mother board ic and battery all need replacement.somehow managed to get my phone back with broken tampered.
Wat was more miserable was when another mobile repair shop Just did some resetting o the mobile and have me allin working condition and

Dont know much about it but heard form my friends that they provide good service to your old and mobile and laptop which were not working properly and later on they work properly. So you can check their services once.

I am very glad to see my Oneplus 8 phone again in working condition. I really thank yaantra and the team for providing the best services. I thought my phone could not get repaired but yaantra has given a second life to my phone. I really appreciate the services.

At the time of booking they said at most 2 days to repair your device. But after placing order no update from the customer care.infact they would put your no.on block list. They took 5 days just to check for what the problem is and even after that no update regarding the device.

I came to Yantra to sell my old phone realme XT which was in perfect condition with no physical and technical issue. It showed 9600 Rs on Yantra website as selling value. When i went to their office, they first consumed our almost one hour just to check our phone then told us they will give us only 6500 Rs. This price was offered to us when we had no technical issue and no physical damage. At charging point had just very minute single scratch which was even not visible clearly. And whenI sold my same mobile at another website i was offered 8700 Rs that too just in 10 mints.
Will never suggest someone to sell old Phone at Yantra because they show something else on website and offer something else. Also their evaluating App has also lot of bugs and technical issue.

I am a senior retired officer from a very sensitive central good deputy. I came to know about yantra through MY Gate App which is functional in my society. Soon after I entered my mobile number, I started getting calls from Yantra for the repair of my iPad. The iPad was picked up by one Vijay Raj on March 26th and before handing it over, I showed him practically that the is getting on and Apple logos appears and immediately vanished (this was the problem). After many reminder calls from my side, I received call from a lady executive of yantra on April 1, who was asking for my Apple ID which I refused, then she said that the motherboard and battery needs replacement and will cost Rs 11500/-
I refused to get the same repaired and requested her to return my device in the condition it was picked up. Again after several reminder calls and emails finally the same person Vijay Raj Singh came on April 3, evening but in the worst condition, when I asked him to switch on the device, he couldn’t do, since he picked up and at the time I showed him device by switching on, he couldn’t deny. He talked some one and took the device back with the promise of returning on April 5. My device is still with them.
It seems, they have readymade answers to say “ motherboard/ battery replacement “

The Chennai centre - CHEATS Overpriced and improper diagnosis. Just fleece the customer. Repair ID 326807. Laptop not returned even after cancellation.

Yantra literally misleaded us.
My mobile was water damaged and only the screen was not working.they claimed to get it done in Rs. 300-400 and later after taking the mobile demanded 5000 for the same on the ground that the mother board is damaged and on refusal immediately came down to Rs. 4,000/. This conduct in itself shows the malafide intent of the company to mislead and loot the innocent customers.

Given HTC mobile for repair on 31/10/2020 but till date not repaired. Once it was being handed over to me in switched off condition without repaired. Although I had given in switched on condition and only for battery replacement. Now calling since last week but no response.

It was very worst experience with Yaantra, I used there service after 3years once again but didn't get any changes. Service is very poor.
Still there are lots of technical glitch in my phone even no one is responding for that but sending feedback message to me again and again.

Not get my cellphone return it is around a year when ever I call every time other person pickup the call and I had to tell them everything from the starting. They took my running phone and said your phone was Dead I have Al the recording of these people it is fake company never trust them and do to get your phone repaired from them.

They know people don't have time so they don't pickup the call even you call for whole day once they pickup the call the person will tell you our senior manager will call you but you will not receive call even after 1 week if you call again they do same thing or you will have to tell them whole conversation after that next time same problem you will face repeats repeat repeat but not solution my phon is still there and they said take your dead phone how can I take my dead phone if I gave them running phone.

Extremely poor experience. They took my TV for repairs, called me after 2 days and gave me estimated repair cost. I approved it. Returned my TV after 8 days, with my repeated calls to enquire its status. Finally I got my TV back yesterday and to my utter surprise no repairs were done. They took Rs. 500.00 from me for doing nothing. Also the TV was returned without its wall mounting (which they took along with TV) & Remote. I had to make many calls to get my things back.
Please stay away from this fraud company.

Is there any option to not giving them any stars.they are full scammers will take your money and then tell you that that’s some issue with motherboard we can’t help you or repair your device and the only thing is that they will waste your time.

Posting 1 star as there is no option of giving 0 star. The phone was collected from my home promptly with a payment of Rs. 100 and for 5 days I did not have any information whether the phone has been recieved by the office or about any status of the phone. I used to regularly call Yaantra only for the Customer service informing me about arranging a call back but no call came till the 5th day, wherein I was informed that it will take another 3 days for the phone to be rectified.

Worst service center with only tall claims and no management of work.
