I have R15v3 model. All the services of my vehicle is done at T1 roadies at uttam nagar, new delhi. There is quality issue with O2 senser wire.it got cuts and when I came here for the same, the staff doesn't coperate and told me to pay the amount for part. Bad experience with this service centre, never suggest to purchase yamaha product because service are too bad.

Very poor customer support
After paying full payment they have not initiated for restistraions of vechile in RTO Office

Worst dealership in Delhi, didn’t provide number plate even after 3 months, they are saying “humara banda bimar tha jo RTO jata hai” very lazy management, making excuses again & again, don’t purchase from this dealership!

Worst Yamaha showroom. Don't recommend to anyone. There is no person to attend the customer with regards. Their staff are busy with doing there work and do not respond to the customer query. Also I visited there on the occasion of new year for booking the bike but they denied to accept the booking. I was shocked that Yamaha showroom denied to accept the booking for Yamaha bike.
What kind of authorized Yamaha dealer you are?

Poor service station, I visited here to buy fuel gauge of my scooty, and they directly deny to sell it to me saying you have to get it fitted from here then only we will sell it to you (हमारे यहाँ से ही लगवाओगे तभी बेचेंगे). This is wrong thing because I’m paying the amount of the product, it’s my wish that I can get fitted from any where.

Very sad experience,
They are charging everything most expensive and unsatisfactory service.

Asked to come at 4 pm to collect the bike and now the bike still dirty not washed, now the guy asks me to get it some other time for washing.

Does these people feel our time has no value.

All of the Staff members are very polite and listen your all problems related to yamaha motors.
Loved to be a part of Yamaha.

Usually I give 5 stars for a Yamaha Service Centre
1. The Front desk people, took the Sign WITHOUT explaining the Estimate.
2. They even argued having explaining the Estimate Amount, of Rs. 4800/- which I would definitely have asked.what is it about.
3. Even after telling them on the face, they haven't. They reluctantly Told they Have. This shows their attitude.
4. The owner tells We give best service hence, no Discount.
5. The Chain Cleaning was done on Bay, with Petrol and Chain Lube (Yamalube) was speayed. As against, Water washing the chain, drying and then applying the Lube, which I, personally know is the right thing to do.
If THIS is the Best service which the owner is referring to, I would have given ZERO stars, of the option was there.
However ONE star is for the Mechanic who was patient and doing his work, ALMOST efficiently.

Although service center is small but I have get my job done in very less time, mechanics are good n have knowledge to work.

Best staff best showroom. Unique after sales service. Amazing experience so far.
Recommend to others must visit once.

The repair/service staff steals original parts & replaces them with faulty or duplicate parts.

Yamaha motor authorized showroom and service center having several model of scooty and motorcycle

I asked for R 15 lock set on Dec 19 they gave me FZ lock. After so many argument finally they delivered R 15 lock. Such experience I never expected from Yamaha India

I am not very much satisfied with the service given by this service station. They charge too much but don’t offer good service. This is just my personal experience.

Worker treat like a begger because company pay for his workers but worker don't know about this and demanding a money after finishing his work i suggest yamaha kindly teach your makenik don't behave like a begger

Kahi se bhi lo but Uttam nagar wala Yamaha showroom ignore karo.

My fzs bike is 5yrs old and still each and every service i done by yamaha only even it is costly still i opt for yamaha for smoothness, performance and quality. But this time they were not able to clear a small sound in my chain set even the chain set is new. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

They provide average service. They are very expensive. I suspect they always use second hand product and charge full amount.

Good yahama showroom.with all new bikes I bought r15 for my friend from here.begind this showroom they have their own workshop.all the services and repair work is from there only.

Absurd service centre. Their priority is not your bike's service rather make it new by just changing its parts. Disastrous

The guy named VICKY is the worst out of them all. Asked for about RS6700 for service and told me there are a lot of faults in bike. Then I went to another yamaha service center and got my service done in 2133 and he assured me that every thing else in my bike is working perfectly and there is no need to replace any part.
Kindly stay away from uttam nagar center they just want to take money from their customers by fooling them.

The people here are very arrogant and don't have basic knowledge of behaving with customers. Very disappointed

It's worst. Staff co -operation was not good. They don't know how to behave with customers. Who appointed these staffs seriously shameless. It's my advise never visit this place

This place is located back side of the main road show room. Even though it is a small service station, their service potential is huge. Staffs are dedicated and courteous.

but all.parts of bike not available here
and they carry from outside take long time 7 to 10 days.

Mechanic is coperative, servicing is good but they charge little high. Be aware of that only rest itz all okh to visit!

The Uttam Nagar showroom would do anything & everything to ensure that you buy a motorcycle from there, however, once that is done, they won't even care to help you in future ever with whatever issues you might face.
