UPDATE: 11pm and Yana and Medpay are both harassing me on the phone.

I placed an order via Dunzo to Medpay and this went to Yana. Yana Medicos claimed they didn't have the order value, the staff called me claiming to have no knowledge of the item I had ordered (adhesive medical tape) and sent me 2 items, a much smaller tape and a box of bandaids. The order value/ the amount i paid was 1600, they picked out two random items for 350 rupees and sent it across. Either their completely ignorant and being taken happily for a ride by Medpay, or their cheats. Either way, don't trust them.
