We are using ur product (electronic door lock with camera) since last 9 month
But we are facing so many problems with ur product since long which is not appreciated.

Pathetic products and service. System failed after 3 months of use. You keep on pressing the mic button of the video console but it won't just work. Worst part despite you are ready to pay for service charges, they won't send anyone to fix. Only buy their products if you don't want peace of mind.

Very poor product and no response for after sales service. Do not buy this product
