Don't ever book from yatra, they have not sent me ticket after booking, money got deducted.no customer care support at all.don't take a chance by booking from yatra.i had to miss my flight because of no ticket issued from yatra.and no one contacted back from Yatra till now.better book directly from airlines.

Worst customer support didn't refund my ticket cancellation amount yet.
Worst travel company.

It is just okay. But it's difficult to connect with customer support. I won't prefer it for emergency

Don't book bus tickets using this portal. The bus was cancelled by the operator but I have not got any refund. They don't have any customer support so you can't reach out to anyone. All the email IDs mentioned are useless since no one will respond. They are fraudulent. The bus operator has refunded the full amount to Yatra. Yatra has pocketed the money and not returned the money to customers. Soon they will be in for legal trouble.

This is a fraud company. First they book wrong tickets, then there is no customer care support, if you run to the physical address the shutters are down and no one is there. There is no way to contact anyone from yatra to correct the faulty booking. And last but not the least they even gobble the refund money sent by the airline on cancelation. Total thrives they are.

Big fraud company. I booked 2 tickets and that was cancelled by the bus operators. After that I claimed for refund. But nobody listen you because there is no customer support. No phone number. You have to change your name yatra to bunch of crooks.

Nobody can contact Yatra after booking the flight ticket.
False telephone is giving there is no customer care nos.
Government should action against these type of agents.

Still awaiting my account balance given by INDGO on10th January. Sent nos.of emails but regret no response from received.

Seriously such a pathetic service. If airline have cancelled the booking and refund the complete amount to Yatra. Then firstly then never let you know that they have recieved the amount. When you call then you have to proof, and argue about the refund.
Now let talk about refunded amount. For the name of deduction they duduct a major part of amount. You when you drop a mail regarding this then never replied on email.

Guys befare of such a fraud and phathatic service.

On telephone u will not be able for any refund issue.only on app it's possible to apply for refund.some time this can give u a jolt if the refund not come and nobody is here to listen you on YATRA

BE WARNED! I recently tried to book a hotel in Goa, India and at the end of the reservation process a notification appeared “Payment failed”, however the money has been deducted from my account, I’m from UK and the security measures are strict, I contacted the Yatra agency via e-mail, as it was the only method - the phone numbers provided for support team and hotel reservations are constantly switched off, which I found quite suspicious. I corresponded with Rajni Sharma (Support Team) and Balram Shekhawat (Sr. Executive - Hotel services), neither of them have been very communicative, I would say their customer service is below poor. In one of the e-mails I was told my issue will be resolved before 1pm on the day I received the message, a week later I was trying again to reach out for help and was told that it will be resolved within the next 24 hours. After over 30 hours I haven’t received any kind of response from Yatra. Of course, I still haven’t received my money which was taken from my account and my I haven’t received any confirmation about my hotel booking, their office based in Delhi doesn’t exist, I have no idea who works for this company but the way I was mistreated is horrible and I would like to warn future travellers to not book with this dishonest agency.
