Sorry to say but they have a Very slow service. Been standing in que for 1 hour straight having pain in ankle just to get an adhar card updation since 10am. Security guard is too rude to talk.

Worst bank to bank upon. The executives place your call on infinite hold in the name of checking details. I had a call on hold for 20 minutes after which I had to cut the call. They out lean on FD on their own without telling the customer if you take a credit card and make your life living hel trying to get your own money back. Worst customer service.

Good bank and branch, staff is good, sevices are also good, adhar services are also nice

Very bad service no one is ready to take ineshative to solve the issue. After file a complaint twice almost 5 months passed. Still no solution given by bank staff They just play blaming game
