Amit at Rajdhani Branch is super helpful. She goes above and beyond to address the customer issues and solves them to the customer satisfaction. Hope to get this customer service experience in the future as well.

The management of this specific branch is hopeless. The manager is always interested in wasting time of himself and customers who are waiting for him to approve requests which are made by the tellers. I personally had to wait for 1 hour as the teller was waiting for him to authorize the request on his system and he was busy listening to the life story of someone and to add to the agony 2 of the bank staff were also with him listening to the stories instead of doing their job.

Received salary in USD. Still not converted in INR, contacting daily to branch n customer care. Nobody is there to bother or listen query.just saying to wait.
