Very poor service case counter service next time not visit this bank location green park

Been a customer for Yesbank for over 13 years, and actually stayed with it through thick and thin. Now, utterly disgusted by the depths to which it has fallen in terms of service and efficiency. My visit last week took the cake. Was kept standing for almost an hour while the front office people kept battling with my so called relationship manager who they had called up to find out why i had so many issues with my account. He kept refusing to give his employee id when they got suspicious because of his evasive answers. You get the drift. Yesbank has become a circus. Quite a pity because when it started, it was one of the best banks in town.
This branch is spacious but thoroughly disorganised and indifferent to customers, and it's just lost one.
