Amazing classes! This is the best class for yoga. It is very helpful. Whether you are a beginner or are experienced in yoga, you will learn a lot from these classes. The teachers are international-level Yoga coaches with many awards. Their diligence is remarkable. They are very experienced and supportive. I have taken the classes for 4+ years, and have improved a lot under their guidance. I joined the classes as a beginner and became a National-level player, all thanks to the amazing teachers! The teachers take care of every person in their class. They pay a lot of attention to every single person and they’ll help you overcome any problems you face. If you have any health issues, they can teach you Yoga asanas and techniques to improve your health. These classes are beneficial to everyone. Take this class and you will improve incredibly!

YOG HOLY SPACE provides quality online and offline yoga classes. The teachers are very encouraging and have a very motivating and uplifting nature. This is the best place according to me where you will not only learn yoga but will come to know many facts about it. My eyes were very weak since I was in 2nd grade and after doing yoga they are getting better. I have a quality time attending the classes.

Yog Holy space is one of the best places you could go to learn yoga. The environment is very encouraging and helpful for the beginners as well as people who have been doing yoga for years, even they could grasp new things in this class. Also, not only the teacher very knowledgeable, experienced and professional but he is so involved and passionate about his work that anyone who joins the class would feel the uplifting energy. He is also very dedicated and makes sure to focus on every student doing better and even if you have certain issues that restrict you from being able to do some exercises he would help you with alternative exercises or yoga techniques that could benefit you.
