It was a nice experience to be an intern. I would like to appreciate their dedication towards the needy people and also they are coming forward to help the people those who like to study.
I Radhika would say that this was one kind of experience which was able to provide me a clear picture about the social problems and the feeling that we helped someone at the end of the day is priceless. The internship also provided me an insight into how an NGO functions, form management to beneficiaries. The entire period was knowledgeable and I had great experience with YEF.
Youth Empowerment Foundation is a NGO that works for the betterment of underprivileged society. It feels really amazing to be a part of such organisation. The members were very cooperative and knowledgeable. As an intern I'm learning new things everyday. Thank You YEF.
Working for YEF as a volunteer is a great experience allowing me to explore different aspects of helping people. I would highly recommend working for YEF. I have been working with them for the past 6 month, and all these time I have learnt many things about campaigning, communicating with people and other essential things.
Working for YEF, as a volunteer, helped me gain a great experience and gave me an opportunity to help people. Great initiative is taken by YEF, to give a helping hand in social cause
This organization is doing its best to keep working for noble causes and help the underprivileged even during tough times like these. The community here is not just supportive but also highly appreciative and inclusive which ultimately boosts one's confidence and helps them grow, learn and excel in all fields!
An amazing organization giving an elite opportunity to present our hardwork for the social needs of the society. It is my outmost appreciation to the YEF for such an opportunity. The friendly and calm work atmosphere truly is like cheery on the top, after all the satisfaction to work for the people with such an Foundation!
Please Don't Join here, I joined here as a Hr intern. And the girl named Manali called me and hired on team. And she told me some Conditions. I agreed that. I got Hired. After that i came to know that, Hr interns who joined with me started quitting. I was confused, why everyone was leaving. After 2-3 days.there was an meeting. I felt that they actually don't know what to do. They are just trying to trap interns through internshala. Extreme poor Management. I wasted my time.
My experience at yef as volunteer intern is really too. The methodology of assigning task on regular basis is really good though it can be made more ground work based. Also operational HRs are good at effective communication that makes this internship interesting. Thank u
I would like to mention specially souvik chakraborty sir my HR for the yef internship, A lot to learn & lot to look upon, and he helped me with his guidance and calm nature. #yef #keepgoing.
A very well organised, goal oriented foundation to work with. My days of interning with them have been extremely fruitful and one of gaining knowledge. It has been a delight to work with a very well reputed organization and I highly recommend you to take up their organisation to work for our society.
Thank you YEF for providing me such a great platform to learn something and to enhance my skills. I really feel overwhelmed to be a part of "YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION".
YEF is performing such a great work to help underprivileged children, daily wage earners and their families. Doing internship with this NGO was amazing. I'm glad to be a part it
Today was one of the most special days in my 17 years tenure because today I was among the fortunate person to have contributed in my life in some way. This definently makes me feel proud and gives personal satisfaction. Working for the small kids daily wage labours females etc made me more humble than I was ever. It also made me realize that helping young and needy people became more to me than just a way to keep me busy. At last I got a new passion. Thanks YEF TEAM
I had a great experience working with the NGO. I was a social media marketing intern with them. I had ample opportunities to contribute to a greater cause of Youth contributing in helping people who are in need of it. During this Covid times, it is really a great deed to work and make sure people get all the help they need. I'm really happy that I could be a part of this great movement.
Kudos to YEF team who are doing a great job and helping the society even in these tough times of covid 19. Alas humanity still exists. Was happy to be a part of your team
Youth Empowerment Foundation work for daily wages worker who suffering from this pandemic covid19. They also work for other social causes. Awesome experience to work as a intern in this ngo
Working with this Ngo was a great experience. Working with this ngo helped me develop many new skills personally and professionally. I was given the opportunity to help the society in various ways. Enjoyed it a lot! Was a fun experience!
Youth empowerment foundation helps the needy people and motivate the students to help them. It conducts so many competitions and it will help a lot of people to exhibits their talents. I am honoured to be working with them.
Helped several people during COVID 19. Distributed food, soaps and essentials to people who don't have access to it. Created a huge difference in the lives of underprivileged people.
Since the time I have Introduced myself with this non governmental organization, I have came to know a lot about the people who are in severe difficulties. I have gone through the information about these people through their social media handles. And trying my best to contribute my part and spread awareness among all about these people who are in the need of such great helping hands. This is one of the best organisation in terms of support and help. They are working great here.
In this tough times youth empowerment foundation has helped so many people have gotten smile and some kind of satisfaction for them which is amazing. Glad to be part of this journey
The organization helps in educating underprivileged kids and in the current crisis is helping by providing resources for daily wage workers. They are working in the best way possible
Youth Empowerment Foundation is a non profit organisation which is mainly focusing on the empowerment of children youth and adults. They try to help them by teaching so many skills so that they can find a better life from it. Due to covid situation many are facing financial problems and are doing a great job in helping the poor needy people around India. If u like to help people then you can donate money to them and can trust them. They always do things to help others.
Working with this NGO is a great experience. I think everyone should join atleast one NGO so that they can also help needy people and this NGO is working for alot of needy people which is something like very appreciable.
A very great initiative taken by a yef team to work for the welfare of the society by encouraging people to help the needy. The team is soo energetic and always tries to work harder to help more and more poeple.
This NGO is doing a lot, for the person who are in need. Specially during this COVID-19 everyone in this NGO is working day & night to serve the needy. Being an intern, I loved working here & be a part of this NGO for a good cause.
The work YEF does, helping people is really inspiring. It's a wonderful experience to be a part of something that's doing something for the greater good. I recommend working for this if you really want to see your efforts help the society Brilliant Keep up the good work
This foundation is nothing by a scam. Don't do internship for this organisation please. They'll make you work a lot and after the internship is almost over they'll come up with new and different rules and they will not provide you with any certificate. Don't waste any time doing internship for this organisation. I really have a bad experience here. And i really don't know what they do with the donated money. All they do is boost about themselves. The management team is also useless. It's like everything is new for them. I don't know how they are running this organisation. Don't fall into this. I've a horrible experience working for yef. And i would not even want my enemy to work for yef. And yes all the reviews you are seeing is also done my the interns only. As this was a part of a task. Don't fall for this.
This NGO is putting their 100% so that they can help those who are in need and I'm lucky that I got an opportunity to be a part of this organization. And the organization is also helping individuals to learn new things, take part in competitions through the medium of social media.
Working with YEF was a great experience for me. I got to know more about NGO working and also the difficulties NGO suffers while helping those in need even in this pandemic time. Great place to learn!
My internship with this organization has been a great experience. This organization works for the benefit of the society and is doing great by providing resources to the needy.
The organization is a nonprofit organization and help Children of slums from donation given by different persons of the society. I as a volunteer in thi organization has learned about the problems of children who are unable to study and could not get proper healthy food. I have raised money through this organization and will do it in future also. The supervisor of our group in the organization were very polite and was very helpful.
They are good in the beginning but then after sometime they completely ignore their interns. They don't give any feedback, no guidance, no sincerity. Sometimes they delete our activities without even informing us. Their whatsapp internship group is more like a joke, very disorganized. They sometimes also give extra tasks which is not in the job description (like asking marketing students to raise funds which is ridiculous). They might be good as an NGO but towards their interns, they are not trustworthy, sincere, fair, neither do they provide any completion certificate for our hard-work plus they won't give any reason for ignoring the mails or not providing certificate. As an intern, I didn't have a good experience with the organization. Probably a lot of the positive reviews they are getting are from the people of their organization only. I felt really cheated and I definitely don't recommend YEF.
