The Company cheat you when your withdraw your connection, don't refund your security amount on time and even don't take you seriously so request don't take connetion from this Company.

I’m using zapbytes fiber net Network Since 2 years and I enjoy it’s service it has the best services and it’s improving it’s services day-by-day and I can proudly say that I am a zapbytes user and if you use it you will also say the same as I said. Keep improving and we are enjoying your network.

Worst service.
Itni ghtiya service h ki admi pagal ho jaye. They provide 2g speed.
Call centre agent not provided technical team.
Mr. Deepak senior member of these internet company said this is not our matter. To resolve your problem.
I have paid advance 6 month payment for Better service but they are provide worst service.
When you complaint your complaint confirm I'm 7 days after that they don't solve your problem.

Not a good service, internet went down on night and they only want to fix it on morning. Unlike other internet service providers give us better services with 24 hours service without any problems.

Fraud company firstly they take security amount of 2000 rupees and told that it is refundable after after close your connection they didn't gave your refund don't go for it

They provide you actual plan speed and prices are good, fast installation, no installation and router charges in minimum three months plans, Executives are nice Mr. Deepak, Mr. Adil and others.
But some issues i faced was after taking a new connection within 2 days internet gone in night they fixed in the morning and again happened after 2-3 days, I was in a night shift on that from my home, i suffered that day alot and there wifi router range is not good in 5ghz range (5 to 8 mtr only) and 1 more thing you have to call in customer care to change your wifi name and password.

Fast wifi at negotiable charges. Good service trained staff and better communication skills

Third class service one can expect.
If you ever raise a complain, i don't think they keep record of it or note it down.
In the starting they promise you to provide very good service but as soon you raise a complain. They are worse than a Local gali ka net provider.

I have raised a complain to remove the connection and they still haven't worked a bit.

10: 30 -11: 30 Pm. Is Time Per YouTube chalate samay buffering kyo Aati Hai?
Or Zapbytes aap Aapni Koi App lounch kar do jis me hum aapna Plan, or Router ka Wifi Password Change kar sake. Mere ko aapne wifi ka admin Password nahi pata.

I recently started the zapbytes services and so far I haven't faced any issues in termes or disconnection or speed. I was afraid because I found a few negative reviews but now I am quite satisfied from the services. Customer support is also good. Moreover the team is supportive specially Deepak, he is humble and kind nature and always respond whenever you need the assistance. Also just to add the technician team is good and pradeep installed the Fiber connection very smoothly and very quickly. Hope to get the same services in future as well.

I am using zapbytes from last 1 month and until now their service is very good. Internet Speed remains very good most of the times. I would say the worst internet service provider in the world is ZAPBYTES. My moderm got red light 2-3 times in a week and I've to call their customer care center to fix the issue and they just have one troubleshooting process which is they'll ask you to restart the router and if this not work they say they'll send a team at your doorstep as soon as possible and their as soon as possible never comes until you call them again for your complaint. Literally the worst internet service provider. I'm fed up with Zapbytes.

Delhi ki sabse best service zapbytes. Mene bohot ISP service use kiya.but sab problem krti thi lekin jab se zapbytes use Kiya aabhi tak problem nahi hu. ️Umeed hogi aage bhi mujhe best service hi milegi.

Highly disgraceful behavior. Non cooperative staff. Poor services. Was informing to uninstall wifi and get router refund. As we were shifting. Informed for 10 days and more. No body was willing to listen. And nobody came to uninstall and refund the security amount of 1200 as promised earlier. Ridiculous. Will not recommend their services to anybody.
