Zayra (London) Cosmetics

I had a regrettable experience with Zayra London Cosmetics after purchasing one of their lipsticks. Unfortunately, it caused severe irritation to my lips, leading me to consult a doctor. The product's ingredients seemed to be harsh and allergenic. It was an uncomfortable and costly ordeal that left me disappointed with the quality and safety of their cosmetics. I strongly caution others to be cautious when trying their products especially shroyan lipstick, as they may lead to unexpected health issues. This incident has left me hesitant to trust their products again and has raised concerns about their product quality and safety standards.

We had very bad and frustrating experience with your store on 29-june evening
We had done a shopping of Rs 17807/- and your sales people had no sense of dealing with customer
1. She said pehle kyun nahi aaye, mujhe Jana hai Tilak Nagar, next time we won't ever come to your store, do we need to adjust our timing as per your staff? Mana kar dete, shop closed hai, this was not a way of dealing with CX

2.2000/- ka note Dene par she was denying and reacted in an unpleasant manner where as all stores are accepting this notes including me

3. Rates of every product are unreasonably high even higher than online price

4. When asked for discount she was giving us a bag worth 600, instead of minimum 10% discount she could have offered products worth 1700 or 2000/- but it was clear cut like fooling CX

Do you think any customer who is spending 20k or 30k on cosmetics are fool?

Very bad experience, went to your store due to our good terms with chemist store downstairs but extremely disappointed

Visited here today only to purchase some makeup products,
And I bought some but they were expired when I re visit to this place to inform and complaint about the product and they started misbehaving with me, I will never recommend anyone to visit this store, I just hate this store.

They sale fake products
I will never gonna visit here. I will rate them with zero stars.

I bought nail paint from this store for 200 rupees and it was filled with water I felt cheated I went again with my sister in law to this store and bought same product again but we checked the product in front of the owner but she was to rude to us, I just dont recommend this outlet, They use to sell used / fake products, Not worth to visit we just wasted 400 rs and our time to! Better to visit other cosmetic store beside this!

Zayra (London) Cosmetics at Sector 6 Market is having a large variety of cosmetic items for all.

Nice store of cosmetics. Entry is on back and the store is rather in an inconvenient place. They couldn't provide me Lo'Real Products, which I needed, but I found several other brands there.
