I love eating Japanese food and this is best place for that. It has all the authentic delicious dishes

I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food and the excellent service. The dishes were flavorful and authentic, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes like the Kung Pao Chicken.

Very bad experience if possible I wanna rate them with zero stars.
Everything was bad from food to their service. Highly not recommended Not satisfactory at all. It was just a waste of money experience to me.

Worst service imaginable, Waited for 20 mins just to get a glass of water, ans after that waited for another 10 for the. To take the order. The waiters over there have a very negative and mean behaviour. Atleast you should value your guest and should not treat them like you are doing a favour to them by taking the order.

Ambience is not so good as mentioned by many. Just eat and go types.
Shiitake fried rice was good. Good amount of shrimps, mushrooms and egg.
Teppanyaki was not so good.
So, 3 stars.

This is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in CP. Food here is always good. The staff is very courteous and polite. The price is above average. Overall experience is good. The only thing which doesn't look good is the interior. They are the same old as they were 10 years ago. This needs an update.

Good food, impressive menu.
Though they need to work a lot on the hygiene as the menu cards out of 4 on the table 2 were very dirty. The gents washroom was full of filth. It was totally unacceptable maintenance.

I went to this restaurant while desparately looking for food on Sunday evening in CP. I thought it would serve normal Indian/Mughlai food. However, it serves Continental & Chinese Food. Took long time to finalize the food we wanted to eat. Was served in 15-20 minutes. To my daughters delight, it was blessing in disguise. She felt so nice eating Chinese dishes. According to her, it was the best ever food she had. Even we liked the same. Portion size was good. They packed left over food as well.

Very bad service. We called the waiter for taking order 3-4 times but waiter prioritised cleaning off spoons compared to taking order. We finally walked out of the restaurant without ordering.

Good place, clean and pleasent place, If you want to enjoy your drink but not with loud music you can go here.

Never visit…. Pricing is exorbitant…. On the pretext of happy hour u pay more…, ambiance is no extraordinary to pay for…. Service is not good…. Avoid!

Food was quite good, but the place was not clean. If you look closer, you might not wanna eat there. Thry should do some work on the interior and cleaning the tables and area around it.

Omg this place is great, I just loved their food! Especially the chilli chicken and the schezwan chicken! Even teh vegetarian dishes were great.

Ordered fried rice n vegetables in black bean sauce. In the middle of eating noticed there was a hair in the rice. Unhygienic preparation of food. They have just cancelled the rice order only. They didn't even care about guest mood after that. We just left everything n came out after paying.

Food and ambience was great. I tried the sushi platter of 18 pieces and it was awesome. Costly but good food.

Not so wow as per the amount, but it's okay to have Japanese in CP.

I visited Zen restaurant with my friends to relive special moments that we shared 5 years ago. It is still such an amazing place, comfortable and chic ambience, polite behaviour of staff, delicious food. All the staff and place is well sanitized with waiters wearing disposable gloves and face shield. Proper shoes and hands sanitized at the entrance with temperature check also. Had a wonderful time!

In the middle of CP this restaurant has been here for some time. But definitely makes me wonder how could someone stand the test of time with such medicore service. May be it's the pandemic which is having its effects. Food was slightly above average and services were below par. Dishes took too long to be served. Overall a very mixed experience. Definately not going back.

Zen used to be much better. I think these exceptional circumstances have made them average. If earlier they were 8 out of 10, now they're 6.5.

Looking for Authentic Chinese /Japanese & Thai food, this is the place to be. Alcohol is served, but dont expext it to be like a peppy bar. They are old school, where in you experience hospitality at its best, food is too good, waiting time post giving order was more, rest is awesome.

The worst experience ever. Rushed us so much to order that we didn't have time to even see the full menu. Food was horrible and cold when served. Air conditioner was switched while we were eating the food. When asked for soup and desert they refused to serve since multiple course will take a longer time for customer to complete the meal. Bill was provided while consuming the food. Had to ask thrice for a glass of water. Lemon chicken which we ordered was of to much artificial flavour. Overall a horrible experience

They could really do well with some lessons in hospitality and services. I mean, who really serves the bill when you’re halfway through your food? Lemon chicken was just a broth of over cooked chicken in lemon concentrate. Really unhappy at what this place has become.

Might be restaurant got impacted due to lockdown. So, read my review with a doubt. But, a place like this, is very hard to say, be impacted by lockdown.
Definitely not a good place to have a tea with some snacks, as snacks were not availble. Not even a option was there to have a cookie or something.
But a posh place or say a place for rich people or high society people to dine-in with a option to have a hard drink or beer. But food options are very limited, despite a huge or vast menu with a lot of varieties, 50% of the things were unavailable. Which is definitely not good, for a place like this. Hence, I rated it as a 3 star, just coz of good ambience and waiter service.

I ordered drums of heaven and chicken, broccoli and sweet corn from Zen today. The food was packed in spill proof containers and were properly sanitised. The taste was phenomenal. It wasn’t too spicy and was exactly as per my liking. Will definitely consider ordering again!

I ordered chilly paneer and shichimi udon noodles from here recently and both were really good. The food came in tamper proof packaging. The level of spice was good in both of the items. I loved the shichimi udon noodles, as it was my first time, to my surprise they turned a lot to be amazing and it had a lot of veggies too. The chilly paneer was spicy and the quality of paneer used was nice. Even the food delivered on time without any leaks. Will definitely try other items from here.

Ordered food from here for the first time. Definitely liked the taste. Chilli paneer was quite flavourful, and fried rice just as spicy as I like them. Packaging was also really nice. Would love to try other dishes too from here soon.

Food quality is not good Italian food is not even up to the mark. Unnecessary high rates. I had a very bad experience.

Worst restaurant in terms of price as well as food quality. I went there three times and today's visit was last. I would suggest dont go there

Thai food is not even close to original Thai food. It's just a normal restaurant in terms of food.poor and expensive service. Can have same food at any street corner at half the price.

This restaurant has 2 levels, go sit above near the balcony. Stairs to upward are spiral, but cool no issues climbing still not sure it was metal stairs or something more solid. Decor is nice, dim lit, good place to have a conversation or a meeting, maybe a lunch or dinner date too. Biggest problem they don't have any bread or roti to eat, only rice and noodles to eat with anything you take which was not only weird but also made us leave and find some other place to eat proper food.

I had guests from London and they wanted a drink. So i took them to this place, as it was nearest to where is was, CP. They seemed to like the place. Enjoyment was paving their way. Everyone had a U-turn in their mood as they entered the place. I thought it was something about the location that i was not able to grasp but i personally do not like to drink. Hookah was nice though.and me n friend views- Just awesome it is.very good interiors and has ample space to sit.has a big bar and has variety of drinks too.food is too tasty to resist.the beverages served are good.don't go the entrance it has.one of the best restaurants I have visited.though it is somewhat heavy on the pocket but once in a while it is truly worth.overall a very good place to spend your evenings.

One of finest and oldest restaurants that has stood the test of time. The Indian and Continental food served at the Embassy is outstanding. Their Chicken Stroganoff is the best I have ever had. My mouth is watering even thinking of it. Their grilled chicken, fish and chips, a la Kiev, pudding, butter chicken, chana bhatoora, everything is delicious.

Offering a large variety in different continental cuisines the restaurant is by far the best I've been to in ambience as well as quality of food.

Ordered minced chicken thai with basil. The food was simply awful. Very disappointing experience. The Singapore noodles was boiled vermicelli with no taste. Will never recommend.

Not as good as it used to be, there service is down right pathetic and it's far more expensive than it deserves to be.
