Nice services & peaceful palace, cooperative sraff, well behaviour owner, totally faithful salon. Pls visit this salon.

Really bad, very very expensive, in the name of discount they cut short the service also the products they use for hair treatment, they use in really tiny amounts to save their money, and they charge hefty amount for worst service. They just want to sell the service and put ur money into their big pockets! I got done my hair spa twice, not at all satisfying results! Look for better options guys.

They will not consider your requirement and force you to take higher priced services

Staff was gud but owner have no manners how to treat anyone professionally.she always speak to much loud. She is treat her staff badly front of client.

I have been to this salon, ever since it was 'Geetanjali'. As over the years, services and quality of products have changed (Degraded) just like salon's name. It was a horrible horrible experience with Body spa service, when one of their girls named Muskaan (Recently hired) kept me waiting in Cold, for not having Hot water for rinsing off the so called scrubs/ oils she used (Which apparently you will have no clue about). While I was shivering, she was making calls in the spa room for help from her colleagues for hot water (Asking why geyser is not working). Further, I told the girl to give me at least Hot towel so I could clean off and get dressed so as to not feel cold (So basically, I had to tell her solution as she had NONE).
At the end, while I complained to lady sitting at reception (Another Muskaan) simply said geyser was damaged we are SORRY.

For all the staff members,
a. It is not customer's fault if something is damaged.b. A SORRY- does not make things go back in time and undo my pathetic experience (Waiting and shivering).
c. A salon gives an experience, A free service for next visit (After so much argument and discomfort), And then Reception lady herself confessed that she (GIRL that gave me service) is a new girl and few other people complained about her too. None of it gives any motivation to come back for services to this place.

Moral: None of the Muskaan will give you Muskaan if you go to this place.
Better Switch to a place that has some decent staff and Services.

Service quality has come down drastically, manager's behaviour is very bad she is not even ready to hear the complain n started saying so much bad.i did not ask for any redo.so much of attitude.henceforth would not recommend to anybody.

Heard she is the owner.wonder how old staff (they were extremely good under last management) gonna survive further if her attitude will remain same.

I went for hair colour, Shahdaab was the one doing it. I asked for ammonia free later on checking the product I came to know he used expired and that too Ammonia based cheap quality products. Never trust their products. They have quality issues. Further I didn’t go through the catalog, once this issue was raised I checked the prices also, surprisingly they were charging me any non sense amount which was much higher even in comparison to what mentioned in catalog. Worst experience, they are simply robbers.

Very very bad blow dry. I had to tell the hairdresser how to identify the step cut in my hair, and was saying that it cannot be done. Very poor and charged so much for such poor services. Don’t get the blow dry from here please.

I got my make up and hairdo done by Sonakshi.must say she's amazing at her job.my make up looked flawless and every single person appreciated it. It was very subtle and elegant as I like. Had an amazing experience.

Used makeup services from Geetanjali Salon, Vikaspuri for my sister's bridal and party make up for 3 others. Makeup was patchy, didn't give proper coverage. It started to crack after a few hours and the hairstyling was horrible. The flowers they had put in all of our hair fell started to fall out after an hour. The hair style too started to become lose. We had a really bad experience and I am sharing it so that others don't go through the same.

They did a terrible job of saree draping. Within 5 minutes they just wrapped my saree without making proper plates or giving any thought of putting safety pins at the right places. After getting back I had to get the entire thing redone. Such a wastage of my time and money. And one of the ladies kept saying that it is not a pure silk saree and you were overcharged.well what I feel is that I was overcharged by you for turning my beautiful saree into a nightmare.

Good salon with a well trained and professional staff. Try going through appointments especially on weekends.

The hair stylist is really good. Go for hair color or cut or spa. Service is really good.
The only issue is that the studio doesn't run all the offers. Right now buy 1 get 1 offer is going on all Geetanjali salons however, this studio is not having this offer

What a delightful experience to be a guest at this salon. Post pandemic all the staff are maintaing hygiene by wearing masks and hand sanitizers and gloves are frequently used. A charming lady Sonakshi welcomes you with so much of warmth and full of attention. I did my Loreal Hair Spa from Anuj and I must appreciate his Professionalism. A soft spoken guy and definitely knows his job. Such employees are assets for the company. Great going. Keep up the good work.

Asked Manoj (hair dresser) over there to give different haircut and he gave boy cut. Totally disappointed. Told him the same, he said it is ok. Told receptionist over there, she even replied very cold. Highly disappointed.

Not recommended at all! Worst services, uses expired or cheap product which can lead to skin irritation and rashes. Spoild complete look of family member who went their for makeup. Pathetic people

Safety precautions very well followed by the Salon. Professional and high quality services proved.
Great work by Ambika, Shikha, Bipasha and Sunny Enthusiastic, skilled and hard working.

Now a days, only issue is air-conditioning which isn't working. Customer has to sit without AC and sweat it out. Otherwise services are good and prices are nominal

Excellent services! I have been visiting this salon for more than three years now and all the services including regular waxing and facial as well as beauty services are amazing. I have never been disappointed. All the staff members are highly skilled and experienced. I have experimented with a lot of hairstyles as well and I always get what I want in haircuts. Shadab is their best hairstylist. The discounts i recieve on membership have also been great.

I got my balayage and keratin done from Mr. Raju and he did his job very well. Will definitely recommend him. The staff is also very good.
