I Spent 24k for hair therapy but after 1 month again facing dryness.waste of money.better to go local or nearby salon

I lost my hairs after hair therapy.i have paid 19000 for this treatment.dont waste your money. Worst experience ever.even they don't deserve 1 star.

Poor recommendation they don't bother about making new customer staff is busy in sitting idle not to entertain customers and asking for full payment in advance before giving any service like the customers going there are thief and won't pay after taking their service. So there are many more better options available in market don't go to these thieves

I went to Zoe nails twice
1st I wanted my nail extensions done, paid 1000₹ for acrylic French only n asked her abt refilling she said ₹700
After 15 days only I needed d refilling donnow how come that soon, then she said no I never said 700₹
U need to pay 1200₹ fr that
I said fr nails 1k n refilling 1200 y she said ISME KAAM ZYADA HOTA HAI
I had no option as I was in hurry n wanted accessories also as I had to attend n event same eve so I paid ₹500 extra fr such small stones bcz they have no options
Both d times I felt like I m at sone Babli beauty parlour, all d ladies who does nail extensions on d ground floor were so so so unprofessional, all bhabi chachi mami r there, they just don’t bother id d client is on call also
They hav no choice of nail accessories plus they charge almost double once u start d work, they ll keep on asking for more money fr everything
Both d times I had cuts n blood on my cuticles n after 2nd time also I need d refilling with 8 days may b bcz of d profldicy they r using is cheap or what

Regarding hair I went there, I thought my Problems will be solved but Not happened. I had (straight therapy) (Schwarzkopf) (glaed) (Neutrilizar 01) which is called straighning only, also I faced a lot of hairfall ok and they will charge for 8k and i hardly last for a month and don't buy there china shampoo (BOSAMI) or any other shampoo they don't suggest you the best regarding shampoo as well as the hair TREATMENT.

Some muslim staff were very rude not good while communication

I had the best experience. The owner Mona di is fabulous lady inside and out. The best services with superb staff is available at this place. Everyone should go there and try the services.

Owner is very rude behaviour I have come here after getting hydra facial done, waste of money & time. I would like to tell everyone, do not get hydra facial from here at all, I have got pimples all over my skin.after getting a hydra facial my skin very bad after facial bad experience totally.

Got overlays done.horrible works, paints missing from corner, this after telling them it's not coming out well.they don't have filing mach.paints chipping and coming off after 4 days.don't use service.untrained people

I have got my nails done from this place, atleast 5-7 times and not even once I have left without bruises or injury. The staff is pretty negligent. Rest is okay

Really good experience from Zoe's nails, i called today zoes nail and gurleen entertained me so well i cant tell you, no one will entertain you on call and trust me I was expecting the same but unexpectedly she just melts my heart.she is the gem person, so guys must visit Zoe's nails highly recommended.

I availed the nail extensions service from zoe nails for the very first time and i am happy with the kind of service they provide m me. I would like to come again

They don't take responsibility of your nails for even 10 days.
My friend and I got nails done. Her nail broke within 5 days and matte finish stared fading.
She finally went to Zoe nails instead of fixing them she had to remove them.
The extensions costed her 2200/- and removal 500/- total 2700 she somewhat lost.

Zoe was good 4 years ago. NOT at the moment. WORST STAFF plus a very bad environment i had my nails done by a guy who kept on teasing the female staff and when i asked him the coffin shape looks rectangle he insulted me and i asked for an ombré but it was two colours and there was no ombré so the worst extensions i got and very arrogant and unprofessional staff there are may great places to get extensions for a cheaper price:)

Very bad experience
The who did my nails wasn't interested doing nails. She did acrylic filling over my gel filled nails which started coming out within one week and started breaking in two weeks.
I am getting gel nails done for last two years and know how to maintain. It was a very bad experience for me.

It was amazing and it is amazing everytime i go at this place its like my happy place! Owner is the best and even the staff is super friendly and will make you 100% comfortable.
