Amazing place, absolutely loved the hospitality and the rooms, the location is quite central and in close proximity to quite a few tourist destinations and the metro station.

Had such a wonderful stay at Zostel! All the tourist guidebooks say that foreigners arriving in India for the first time should get out of Delhi as quickly as they can-I really regret listening to this advice. Zostel Delhi is reasonably priced and perfectly located right by the main train station and at the entrance to the exciting Paharganj neighbourhood. So close to so many restaurants, sweet shops, convenience stores, everything you could possibly want. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and very sociable-you cannot stay here without making new friends! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they can help you get set up with a sim card and recommend you what to see and where to eat. If you're lucky you might even get a personal tour! I can't recommend Zostel Delhi enough, you are guaranteed a wonderful visit to the beautiful city of Delhi if you stay here. I will certainly be staying here next time I pass through town! Why stay anywhere else?

I came to Delhi for 2 days, stayed in a female dorm. Met amazing people. It was fun and thrilling as well as safe for female travellers. Cheers

Great size room with a comfortable bed and spacious seating area. Shower was good although the body wash dispenser was next to the sink, rather than inside the shower! Check out the roof terrace on floor 5, a great place to chill, have a beer and chat with other guests. Staff were friendly as always and I look forward to visiting again.

The rooms are great but sometimes the washrooms are under maintained. Also, the café arrangements are poor compared to other Zostel facilities. So, it's better to eat out. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Beware before you book a Dorm in Zostel Delhi. Our experience was not good at all. The room was filthy, no cleaning whatsoever. It was smelly, and unorganised Chaos.

The washroom was also not clean & maintained. The basics were not in the right place. For instance, the dorm in which we were staying, the fan was not working. And upon complaining there was no resolution.

The beds weren't organised, it seemed like they had not changed bedsheets for ages, it was smelly & dirty.

Also, I suspected there were some underground activities going on at that time. Seemed like the staff with them.

All-in-all it was a very unpleasant experience. Never booking this ZOSTEL (DELHI) for sure.

The room are good, but the washroom in dorms are very bad. I suggest them to do some maintenance.

It's not like any other lodge, hotel or villa. It's unique and amazing. You have to visit here to see what I mean. Let me give you an example. When we visited, there was a karaoke night. Mayank (the customer relationship manager) was trying hard to get people to sing and connect. One group joined, then we joined. Within an hour, I was singing my heart out with random people that I had just met. Later, we decided to switch to a DJ night. We were playing loud music, partying and having fun. The manager came and asked us to turn off the music as it was past 12. We requested him to let us party and he said okay, one last song. But he kept playing songs for the next two hours and danced with us. This only happens at Zostel. You meet new people, connect with them, party, chill and everything. I had the best time here.

Also. They provide each and every thing which we needed and taking a good care of us. Zostel is very good place

This zostel is really close to the railway station which makes it really easy for backpackers to go with. The dorm quality is up to the mark. The staff is humble Nd cooperative. I haven't been to the common room so I won't be able to comment on it. Overall the experience is good however they don't have in-house cafe but if in delhi go explore the food nr Rajiv chowk.

Good for solo travels as dormitory stay is available at 550 and 600 per night. Clean bed and good common area with games n music.

It was an excellent stay! Wonderful people. Especially the smile and cheer of the reception staff, and the receptionist. Room is clean and enjoyable, supremely fantastic with all fantastic.

Very near to new delhi rail station. Area Paharganj. Food available nearby. Safe surroundings. No problem if you stay with family. But Zostel as such superhyped. Service standards poor. Room ok. Price on the higher side. No inhouse resteraunt.

I was there from 11-13th Nov. I always wanted to experience the ambience of Zostel, but it was always booked elsewhere. In Delhi, I did get but my experience was nowhere as what I had expected. First the Hot water wasn't coming, next the AC wasn't working. We had booked the Deluxe Room, still the TV wasn't recharged. The Breakfast is strict No.
The Bed and overall look felt quiet nice though.

Funky and fun place with amazing vibes. Everyone working there is really friendly. Great quality stay and very affordable price.

Rooms are clean and tidy.

When in doubt, just go with zostel.

P. S The receptionist provides some really great insider tips about travelling in Delhi. Which is an added bonus of staying in Zostel.

I was here for a day. Friendly peeps! Clean place. Chill area. 001 dorm was quite spacious and clean washroom. Drinking water is available.

Excellent budget hotel in Delhi. Good ambiance great staff. Talk to the friendly manager Mohan for any booking needs. He is resourceful. Looking forward to staying here again

A sleek combo of Dormitory and Hostel. Make new friends and enjoy with them at the end of your tight working day for soothing out your tiredness. Great ambience of common areas.
4 stars because the bed areas could have been slightly more maintained as the common areas are done.

Small rooms with limited Airconditioning, No kitchen service. You have to pay for even an extra towel. Overall rating poor

Rooms are spacious and clean. Owner is really helpful.
Cons: Food not available. You need to order food from outside.

I stayed for a single day, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and ensured all the amenities were provided during my stay. The room was bit old but it was clean and neat.

Due to covid we did not have the restaurant facility at zostel, but since its in the city we have the option to order in zomato or swiggy.

The only lack that I felt it was price they charge were high for the facility they provide.

This is best suitable for solo travelers or group of friends traveling.

This doesn't have a feel of a hostel. They have a timing for AC. They won't turn on the ac in the afternoon. Is it a zostel or a dharamshala? Wall paints are cracking. No regular room cleaning. Zostel is getting worst day by day

Brings back memories of hostel days, perfect experience for youngsters out there, very close to new Delhi railway station, paharganj is a location for all the sins*wink wink*
We booked on spot and got a complementary room upgrade. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Recommended.

This is the worst Zostel ever. I had a really bad experience on my first day. Nothing is clean and its too congested especially if you are in a 8 bed dorm. On the second day, I was lucky to get a better 6 bed dorm room otherwise I would have hated myself for staying here.

Zostel across India give one this nostalgia of staying in college hostels except for the roomie here changes every now n then. Thats the best part cuz suddenly you're with this stranger you can talk to and explore a whole new set of experiences. Besides no ones gonna bother you at zostel.

One star for the host. Had a limited interaction with him but it was nice. I was in dorm 003 on the ground floor. Stayed there for a night. Didn't like the dorm at all. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They do have fans in the dorm but they are useless. Two wall mounted fans and one fan is on the ceiling. All blow air to the ground. None of the fan would blow air towards the dorm beds where actually people are sleeping. You can see them in the pics. They are broken that's why they don't blow air towards the dorm beds. All they can do is blow air towards the ground. I usually prefer staying at Moustache Hostels but this time I made an exception and I think I should have stayed at Moustache. Shifted to moustache Delhi on the very next next day morning.

The cleanliness in the women’s dorm is pathetic.
Even the blankets provided have turned from white to brown
Everywhere wet clothes are hanging on all the beds, dirty utensils are placed everywhere in room

Spent good time with other backpackers.

Staff is so good that you will feel like you are with your close friends.

Location is awsome as matro, railway is at a walking distance

Eateries nearby serves authentic food and cheaper

Bunk bed and hygiene is good.

Common area has its own vibes. Terrence area is also good.

Wifi is good.

Major of the tourist places are at walking distance. C. P, Chandni chowk, Jama Masjid is in 2Km radius

Best hostel to stay when you are in delhi

The most safest place in delhi for newbies, the manager was welcoming and friendly, The CM (Rahul) is a wonderful person, After Getting a negative experience in the beginning of solo trip for the first time, Rahul was the person who motivated me in continuing with my Trip told the Postives aspects of Going Solo, And in the final After Getting back from my trip Rahul and Musksan (PM) accompanied me the during late night till i Get a Cab back to Airport as there was a curfew Going on in Delhi.

I was on a connecting journey from Rishikesh to Bhopal and halted at New Delhi Railway station. I need a stay for 5 hours zostel provided me to use common place and washroom at no charges
The environment here is awesome for backpackers

First i requested for early check-in and they were super quick to let me accommodate in early morning.location is easily accessible and very near to Station. Dorms and linen were clean, beds were comfy and washroom were ok.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend especially if you looking to stay near delhi station.

The 6-bed dorm is perfect for solo travelers. The staff is cordial & helpful. The location of the place is ideal, walkable from New Delhi station. Buffet breakfast was available when I visited and was totally worth it. Definitely the perfect place to stay.

Surely the best place to stay in Paharganj, Delhi. Their behaviour is amazing. Their manager Jubin is just an awesome person.

The 8 bed mixed dorm is the cheapest among the available categories. The room is quite congested but adjustable.
Rooms washroom were clean and sanitized.
But room had less lighting and was a bit dark. With white washed walls.
Good thing is they offered me to use common are without making a booking or paying any amount to take rest for 3-4 hours.

This Zostel won't exactly qualify as a backpackers hostel because most of the travelers staying are the one's who have their Trains from New Delhi railway station. Most of the people stay for just a day and that too for the sake of staying not backpacking.

Talking about the location it's on Arakshan Road which is one of the best place in Paharganj area as it has wider lanes then the other parts of Paharganj and a bit less crowded too.

Place is good and traveller friendly. Location is awesome too.warm staff and best place to stay for 1 or 2 ppl. Only issue is of hot water for bath which you don't get 24/7.

Charged my credit card even though I never stayed here this place is an absolute scam they will steal your money whatever you do do not give them your credit card information they will abuse it and steal your money.

Stayed here for six nights. Great place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Mohan in particular was very professional and was very helpful on a number of occasions. They are lucky to have him. The facilities are good, breakfast s available, they had a pool table, soft seating area, computer with internet access. They also had film nights etc. I liked the fact there was security at the front door and they were also very professional and would even open the door for you. Highly Recommended.

Best rooms, clean and neat. It is located near railway station only. Sharing rooms are also available. Cafe is also nice. Outside food is also available. Room service is not applicable because it’s became hostel comm stays.
