The cleanliness and organization of the facilities were noticeable and contributed to a positive environment. Moreover, the administrative staff efficiently handled paperwork and appointments, streamlining the process and minimizing any unnecessary stress i was already facing.

In times when health concerns can be overwhelming, the warm and supportive atmosphere at healthway made a significant difference. I am grateful for the exceptional care I received and would like to extend my thanks to the entire team for their dedication to patient well-being.

Consultancy fees of a Doctor is Rs. 1500/- Registration fees Rs. 150/- Total first visit exps Rs. 1650/- excluding Medicine.

Not at all recommended for middle class people.

Very very very costly my suggestion not to go in this hospital even in emergency also they will simply do useless test and they will admit u there unnecessarily in case in emergency my suggestions to nearby people from panaji, mala, or altinho etc to visit Menezes hospital altinho

This hospital has good gyanacologist doctors situated in the Panjim near Patto bridge…place is small but well adjusted… it also has canteen and cafeteria so the staff and patients and other people can enjoy the meal

I have visited this hospital recently, worst hospital ever which i have seen.there is no rating called 0, so i have given 1. They are just money minded people and had no knowledge on the treatment. I was having gastric pain and they decided to do blood test without my knowledge and when i told them blood test is not needed but give medicines and injections then doctor acted very rudely and treated me very bad, he just started telling all mean words like ‘u cant tell me what to do, its my wish.leave now itself i wont do treatment’.
I am already in pain and how can he hurt the patients by his rude behaviour.please dont visit this hospital

Big scammers! Wont recommend to never visit this hospital. Doctors only behind money.do not care for patients.reports are being asked to be done, which are never even been checked.all minor surgeries/procedures costs double the rates than compared to other hospitals. Incompetent doctors and staff having lot of attitudes. Overall the worst private hospital i've ever been to.

This is Old Bhandari Hospital as everyone knows and is taken over by Corporate type of hospital. Attempts to make over are evident across.

OPD & Consulting Fee: Patients waiting area in OPD is like a dungeon, There is no ventilation of any sorts. No mobile signal is available inside. Tried with Vodafone, Airtel, Jio. As soon as you enter, you get cut off from the network. If you have to make a call, then you need to step out. Consulting Fee and overall expenses is on higher side.

Punctuality of Appointments: Many a times, appointments are delayed by up to 1.5 hours than the time provided. Worst part is, they don’t even inform patients if appointment is delayed. It is understandable and not possible to meet exact time of appointments and 15- 30 mins delay is expected but delay up to 90 mins and that too without informing to patient shows simply carelessness from the staff. When they charge premium fee, they also should provide premium service and not that only fee is premium and service is like local Govt clinic. When you get in and realize your appointment is way delayed, there is nothing much you can do but to wait. There is no mobile signal in patient waiting room, so nothing you can watch on mobile, no TV and nothing else to kill the time, it literally becomes torture and frustrating experience until your turn arrives.

Appointment Pattern: It is divided into two categories, New and Existing patients. New patients get priority over the existing ones i.e. Assume, A is existing patient and B & C are New patients. For a certain date to visit, Patient A calls up, say, 1 month in advance, while B & C call up only previous day of actual visit then, B & C are given priority over A, despite him calling well in advance. Between B & C i.e. New patients, appointments are given on first cum first basis. Post the first visit, B & C automatically get converted into “Existing” patients. Next time, say, D & E are new patients, then D & E will be given priority over A, B, C and so on. Basically, when you call for appointment, they just note your name /number and file No, if any and don't provide your any timing. One day prior to the visiting date, they sort out all callers, separate out New and Existing patients and give priority to New patients in the schedule. Within New patients category, it is first-cum-first basis and same within Existing patients category. Once this sorting is done, then they call you and provide Appointment time.

Nursing / Support Staff: Very helpful, swift and always acts on time.

Rooms: It is evident that old rooms are given make over and it appears, some of the store rooms from old hospital have been converted into Private rooms, these rooms don’t have any kind of ventilation,

Canteen: Very good, economical and serve in rooms also for patient’s relatives.

Parking: No parking within hospital premises. It is restricted only for Doctors. Others have to park on the streets nearby.

Full scam this hospital charged me 27k just for a minor scratch on my back, they don’t care about the patient, they ask about the background of the patient and charge you as per their business of the day, they will force you to stay in the hospital even if you have a minor injury, and a city scan for simple reasons. And give you a heart attack when your checking out, don’t fall for the scam.the government should take some change to bust this business of these money addicted hospitals and have a check on the false reports they provide … I guess they have a intension of making money in a day rather then saving a patient life.horrible experience…

This hospital is a total scam yesterday I came in cuz my relative was admitted cuz of an accident. In this hospital doctors do business instead of treatment. On the pretext of treatment the are robbing people. We were 27k for 6hours of so called treatment and in the end the doctor says that he is fine. Besides this their staff is too interested in interfering in other peoples personal affairs. One of the guys there even helped the culprit get away while we were at the CT scan. When it was all their mistake and they were suppose to pay. He also insisted alongside a doctor that we shouldn't file a complain as they are college students. My relative had only got some scratches on his back rest everything was fine. Don't trust this people they are scammers

The nurses are very helpful and calm.the rooms and restrooms are kept clean.but i found the hospital very expensive just to blast a kidney stone the bill came above 1 lakh.to remove the stent again seperate charges we had to pay

This hospital is not good at all. In that hospital doctors do business instead of treatment. They charge high amount of bills. They do not take care of people. This hospital is not hospital it is business tower. Poor treatment is given to patients. On the pretext of treatment they are robbing people.

Please everyone my humble request. Don't take your loved ones to this hospital if you love them.
Such a pathetic hospital. Money making racket. My mother died after being hospitalised in healthway hospital. She made unnecessary surgery damaging her veins. They put her in ICU and made the condition worse. We paid 2 & half lakhs. Doctors and nurses are never there to attend with zero knowledge. They made the case complicated. Fancy hospital with irresponsible staff. Please think before getting admitted. I lost my mother who I can never get back. God will never forgive
