Joecons Garden Restaurant / Zodiac - All Day Dining Benaulim

We always visit Zodiac. Otherwise known as Joecons Bar. The atmosphere was a bit quiet, but it was Sunday night. The food was exceptional. Tandoori Jhinga Prawns were very large and delicious. The Macchi Ajwaini Tikka was so tasty and full of flavour too. The Mahi Mahi Fish was legend wholesome white flesh chunks. Very fresh and full of flavour. A special mention for our Waiter, Sachin. Thank you for great service and your recommendations. Finally, please don't ever lose the menu in favour of a QR Code. Not everyone likes to be looking at their phone when trying to enjoy a dining experience. We were given menu's so thank you for that

It’s a fine dine in restaurant within Fortune ITC Resort. Staff and service is very good. Considering 4 ️ property price food price is very reasonable with good portion size.

This restaurant deserves a good rating for it's very well trained and hospitable staff. To mention Mr. Khan, Mr. Gangu and Mr. Saylendra were very nice people and made sure our dining experience was pleasant. We had sizzlers here - one Paneer Sizzler and one Surf and Turf sizzler. These were well prepared and had a good balance of sauce flavours and also the quantity was well sufficient. They did include a complimentary soup and a dessert as well. We could choose these from various choices they had on their menu. The staff were all accommodating and readily agreed to any customisation we asked for. They openly and positively took our feedback for further improvement of what they offer. Overall a good experience we had.

Have been to this place around 8-9 times in last 1.5 years, here is combined feedback with recent experience having most weightage.
1) Service - the service is top-notch. The bahavior of staff and Mgr is excellent. Need to Mention 'Gangu' and 'Kaif' and 'Stanley' (he doesnt work here anymore though). Always smiling, ever helping, ready to customize and very nice people. Keep it up folks.
2) Setup- Setup is great, relaxed for a enjoyable dinner - set in a garden with lice music, some times folks music and dance (an excellent Rajasthani folk music and Dance event happend last week- Awesome)
3) Food- Very tasty food, good preparations- need to mentioned - Lasagna, Gosht Biryani, Tandoori Chicken (huge quantity), Fattoush Salad, hakka noodles, Tiramisu - all these I have ordered multiple times and hence can vouch that they are consistently Tasty.
4) Drinks- I love Manhattan, while wife loves Hibiscus Butterfly Tea here. Didnt like LIT in past though:).

Overall, excellent place for the food and service and way they treat us.

Service - Excellent service by Pijush and Chef Chandra. Thank you, Fortune team hope you are listening. They were not only attentive and at the same time giving us enough space.

Food - Pijush suggested Anjeer Kebab which was really good. Equally good was the Thai curry, the prawns were big & succulent to the extent where we just picked them from the curry & relished.

The live music on the occasion of Christmas was made our evening, thanks Fortune team.
They live up to the the standard we were expecting them too.
And courteously attentive to a query we raised without a hint of displeasure, its wonderful see such service.

Ambiance is awesome and food is really good. Whole staff and specially Mr Khan from staff was an amazing person who made our whole dine in experience memorable.
Recommend this place to all foodies.
For vegetarian Palak anjeer kababs were delicious and for non vegetarian jumbo prawns were yumm.

Service was excellent and the wait staff was very friendly. Beautiful ambience and also the food the we ordered was delicious however some things need attention to detail. Fish fingers that we ordered were somewhat undercooked and we informed it to the wait staff which he apologized. All other dishes were ok.
Quality control should be priority.
Overall it was a good experience

We felt like eating continental food for a change. My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered a chicken burger. Both were horrible. The pizza crust felt like it was ready made. It felt like they had simply heated the ready made crust and thrown on some toppings.
The burger was not nice as well. The next day I sadly had to face the consequences. And was sick, so the food isn’t even safe.
There were no other tables occupied yet we had to wait over an hour for our food.
The waiters are not trained properly and don’t speak English, our waiter didn’t even know what was on the menu itself, we had to show him.
This is not the type of food and service you would expect in a resort restaurant.
If you are looking for some good continental food then go to Goodfellas in benaulim, they have THE best pizzas in town! And go to Rogers at the beach, the food there is of good quality and safe to eat! We have eaten there so many times and never got sick. The staff there is well trained and the service is so good. We DO NOT recommend this place!

Extremely hospitable staff. In room service, they serve in steel dabbas which we found very thoughtful and pure! The food is simple and tasty, with 2-3 people easily able to share. No excess spices and oil.

Lovely ambience with live music every night with dancing crowd most of the time. Food quality is quite good. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful place, lot of greenery around. We had been there for lunch, since we reached there after 3 the regular lunch menu wasnt available. They had a smaller menu which was still ok. We had a mixed sauce pasta and a sandwich.both good. The mojito was also perfect. Since we didn't stay there, we are not sure about the rooms but the place as such is good.will definitely visit the next time when we are in Goa

A pretty average restaurant. Serves a decent continental cuisine. Had dropped in for lunch. Good amount of seating space. Found the food pretty bland. Very unenthusiastic servers. If you just want a safe place to eat. It's a good place. Nothing out of the ordinary. No stand out signature dishes. Nothing to set then apart from the competition.

I will rate this as one of The Best Restaurants in South Goa. The Resort which is located at Benaulim Beach, Goa serves one of the best food I have ever tasted till date. Besides the good food, the service is also excellent. The order were prepared and brought to us in 15 minutes although the restaurant was very busy. You must definitely try the seafood items. The ambience is very cosy and the staff are very delightful. They have Live music on certain days.
I will definitely visit this place every time as it's my new favourite restaurant.
