BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is Gondal I one of best place to visit. Here is famous Akshar Dery. Outside the temple there is Premvati where you can enjoy delicious Prasad. Everytime you visit this temple some new construction will be going there. Here is a superb Garden. There are small fountains and small scupltures will be found in the garden area. There is a stay area in the temple campus. There are two big halls in the campus where Sabhas are carried out. There is continuous activity in this place. There is an information counter for tourists. There are all the facilities here. You can find unique architecture Everywhere. Behind the temple There is Aksharghat. Superb place Nd must visit place in Gondal. Here you Please buy Laddus as Prasad from the Prasad counter. Sometimes fresh Seasonal fruits from their farm are also sold.

One of the oldest BAPS temples in Gujarat. Usually, new BAPS temples have architecture using pink stones but this one is in white marble stones and gracious look. Number of devotees at this place when we visted. Well maintained surrounding.

It is a Divine place the Akshar Deri which is a समाधि स्थान of Gunatitanand Swami The first of the ब्रह्म स्वरूप saint of Lord Swaminarayan.
There daily Mahapuja is done. In my 50 years that I visit this place the Mahapuja done with any worldly desires has always been fulfilled. It is the most peaceful place in this world. If not visited, do visit to experience the peace of mind and worldly fulfillments

The area is neat and clean even the rooms and hall are best to stay.

Everything is good there in temple. I respect BAPS. But i had bad experience here in gondal. Ashok Swami from Sahjanand department in temple had talked badly to me when i had gone to get pass of food. I had gone there to get food based on my brother instruction. He said why i had not called to temple in advance to get food and then he started talking rudly. I said if you can not provide food pass then you can say No simple. But he gave me pass and then told me you came here because to get free food. I did not like i told him do not insult me you can say no if you can not provide pass I will back and go to restaurant. But he never stopped and talking rudely and finally we returned food pass to him because we insulted by him. We felt this sapraday insultling people except swaminarayan peoples. I prefer not to get food in Swaminaran temple. They have ego. I am telling from my heart this.

BAPS Swaminarayan temple at Gondal is must visit place in Gondal City of Rajkot district.

Temple complex is neat and clean. Huge parking lot is available. Loading and boarding facility is available for long distance travellers. Canteen is there.

Temple is very much famous for Akshar Deri at base of the main temple. Very calm and lovely atmosphere you will get there.

Great atmosphere and spotless temple, nicely maintained and has nice facilities. Good place to come with family. Must visit in Gondal.

A beautiful mandir and a wonderful place. The service they offer for the scattering of ashes at the ghaat is very peaceful and appreciated. The attendants at the ghat are very kind and helpful. They take the time to allow people to experience the bliss and closure of this ancient practice of scattering a loved ones ashes.
The mandir is beautiful and drenched in history. It is always a pleasure to visit gondal and akshar mandir. Parking is available and accommodation is available depending on availability.

Beautifully carved marbles and sandstones at this temple. Axarderi or aksharderi is very unique architecture. Around 152 years old temple. One is just 2 years old but very beautiful too. Nobody can get idea about the new carvings. And the beautiful wooden carved monastery of monks next to the temple. And beautiful view of Gondali river

This temple located at Gondal near Rajkot. Temple has very good amount space. Apart from that it is wonderful temple was built in 20th century by HH Shastriji Maharaj. Timings for doing darshan are 7 to 12 in morning and 4 to 8 in evening. Here, one famous food-cart is also available which name is PREMVATI and there lot of delisious dishes are available at very normal cost.

Swaminarayan Mandir at Gondal is one of the good and spiritual place. Temple management under BAPS is a biggest organisation to operate. Here atmosphere is clean and pollution free. Peace of Mind in the temple area. I was happily spend 3 hours.

અક્ષર દેરી કલ્પવૃક્ષ છે. બબ્બે ગુણાતીત ગુરુ ઓનાં સમાધિ સ્થાન છે, બબ્બે ગુણાતીત ગુરુ ઓનાં પાર્ષદી તથા ભાગવતી દિક્ષા સ્થાન છે. ધામ, ધામી, મુક્ત, અક્ષર પુરુષોત્તમ મહારાજ, તથા ઘનશ્યામ મહારાજ ની મૂર્તિ અલૌકિક છે, ગોંડલી નથી કાંઠે રમણીય અક્ષર ઘાટછે, અને અક્ષર દ્રાર નુંઅંત કાળે સ્મરણ રહે તો મહારાજ સ્વામી, તથા ગુણાતીત ગુરુ ઓ ધામમાં તેડી અક્ષર ધામ માં લઇ જાય તેવો દરવાજો છે.

The best temple other that other u can enjoy the temple like articulate and about the Lord swaminarayan and we can leave in temple for some days also and the temple service the good menu with good food in breakfast and lunch and dinner and if u visit the pooja of morning 5.00 am is very good and much more

The temple is lavish with a very impressive gate. It is worth a visit if you are in the area. We were in time for the lunch served free to visitors and enjoyed the food. Very calm and pious place. Place is like a Palace. Lake near temple. Surrounded by nature and beautiful climate.
