I have been working here for the past 1 year, and I have been very impressed with the company culture, the opportunities for growth, and the work that I am able to do. The company culture is very collaborative and supportive, TLs and managers are very approachable and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Company schedule interview but after interview didn't reply,
When your not select any candidates your responsibility atlest inform candidate but no answer.

Have bad experience with one of your hr team member.didn’t even bother to call to the candidate. Hr is not giving appropriate response to candidate.

You are having good market value but due to some hr members it’s get spoiled need to work on interview process.

Very bad hiring process I don’t know how hr department is working. They are not treating candidates in appropriate manner. They have just good number of strength but their hiring process is not good.

I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons: Hard work is not appreciated and un-necessary pay cuts are imposed.
Bad office politics. Staff members pass on blames on each other.

After completing interview HR is not giving to replay for candidates.

The profile I had was from internet research and these people interviewed me online first. After that these people get a call after I get selected and then they call them to the office and that too the same HR who interviewed me earlier called the same HR office and the same HR takes my interview again and says that we are above We will talk to HR but they don't and if selected they will call me I didn't get any satisfactory response and they called me to the office and kept me sitting there for an hour Internal staff or any internal HR does not respond systematically Working with this company But I don't want it is better to put in another company than this company

A great place to work, all peers are supportive. Nice service portfolio. One can grow along with organization.

Unprofessional staff. HR is not courteous about sharing the feedback to the candidates even after 10 days of interview. You will be merely selected even then there is no call/mail from them.
How irresponsible and unethical is this?

Interviewer pass me in interview. I ask him after interview completed. And after 1 month i ask to hr what is the status then after 3 to4 days they give me reply not selected. Dont waste time.

Worst culture.
The senior member behave like they purchased people. In digital marketing department head like BHARAT treat people very badly. If you do work properly in time with quality, perform well and come to office on time these things are no enough to if you leave office on time that will be biggest concern and issue. They want people who live in their office 12 hours. His mentality of work culture is worst. And the HR department also support humiliation.

4,5,6th class company or rather they don't have any class ethics, morals, just greed of money only, management is very bad and politics is everything

The management and team is as qualified and skilled, provide chance to each fresher to enhance their career. It is a IT firm so it's a best and mandatory opportunity to each fresher get something best in his/her career.
Management is very helpful and team members are very helpful and stand by with you in your confusion.

I have worked at Brainvire infotech and the experience was unforgettable, an amazing corporate culture plus they are downright supportive.

Company interview process is very very poor.only HR Comes and says you are not select no interview, no any process.

If your expectations sallery is less then ₹5000/- then your interview process done otherwise not.

Only company location is good.
Working environment is good.
But sallery is very less.
