This company interview process is bad and please any further updates but very let updates and do not work with us

Extremely disappointed. No pro-active updates on the candidature nor transparency on communicating the feedback to candidates. Called up for a multiple rounds a couple times, however taking about a month to make conclusion/decision on the package.
Last time I heard that they shortlisted but then no communication yet.

Atleast candidate needs to be kept appraised on the decision so that way an individual can plan their future prospects.

Transparency and real time approach is what I see can be improved to reflect a great impression of any employer.

Any type of background checks gets done here, police verification to employment to qualifications/ degrees, drug tests etc.

You get results in minimal times.

Cost effective too! Yeah.

Good company, Timely payment but don't apply for IBM process as it has over workload to handle.

Very clean and good area for work cfirst staff is too much supportive and corporative that's why I like this place

Very punctual and clean atmosphere. All the members of staff have very good personality that i observed in the company. Always wanted to visit the company and learn from others how to talk professionally and accurately.its good vibe i got from there. Thank you
