Worst and the most careless hospital in Ahmedabad area.
Some of their doctors are extremely irresponsible. Somewhere there is nothing wrong to say that here treatments to the patients are given by interns i.e. Trainees or students.
Their Medical Superintendent (I forgot that worst and arrogant and disrespectful person's name, who is on duty during November month) is such an extremely ridiculous person. Their I. C. U. Head whose name may be Dr. Bhavesh is such an arrogant person. There were 2 interns (may be medicine unit 4) namely Ravi, a 2nd year student and Avani, a third year student who treat my father like they favor on us.but in reality, they don't have enough knowledge. Infact, their medicine unit HOD namely Dr. Shaila shah, is also not enough knowledgeable to cure a patient In a good way. And few of their nursing staffs in I. C. U are more interested in pleasing the doctors and enjoying rather than giving proper care to patient and they use abusive words in I. C. U with patient when patient was alone in I. C. U.
When We came to this hospital with my father, my father was not as serious as he became after their treatments. They completely destroyed my father's body by their experiments. And after one and half month's treatments.they put my father in such a medical condition that his death might occur anytime.and in this critical condition.instead of giving their best, their worst Medical superintendent told us to take my father to another hospital because they don't have enough doctors to cure.
Their surgery unit, may be namely unit 4, is also responsible for worsening my father's condition. In oder to show that they did successful operation, they put my father on ventilator without taking some calculative risks. They might have very less experiences on surgeries which is seen on treatment of my father.
Some of their pharmacy department's pharmacists are also behaving like This hospital does not pay salary to them.and they provide free service as seva.
Our biggest mistake was that We blindly trust their doctors and nursing staff. We paid its price by losing my father.
If somewhere God is here.and Karma is real.it must be proved.

Process speed is average, cleaning of premises is wonder.and affordable for average people. Also behavior of Security and staff members not perfect! They behave a rudely with us and doesn't understand our problems.

For a minor operation, the doctor talks about fitness from anesthesia, and anesthesia from medical officer to fitness, and the medical officer keeps on getting the report out and the patient keeps on getting upset Then patient is forced to go to private hospitals.

There is only one problem in GCS hospital, when the doctor sends the patient for laboratory report, the patient does not know where to go, so my suggestion is that whenever we pay, the room number of the laboratory is written in the slip, so that the patient does not have any problem.

One stop destination for almost each and every medical issues getting treated here with utmost care. Things are systematically decided by predefined steps to avoid inconveniences. Barring 10% lower category staffs like security guards and few of the nurses who doesn't have any idea how to talk with others, Other 90% staffs hospitality is unmatched and if not be better atleast matching the benchmark of private hospitals.

I am forced to deduct one star for the behaviour of those 10 % lower staffs like security guards, masis and nurses who always respond rudely to the patients and relatives.

Management should consider the complaints against these staffs and send them for some soft skills training otherwise they will ruin the reputation of the hospital.

I am part of several such incidents if someone from management really interested to know I can share it with person name and faces.

અહીં સેવા માં ડોક્ટર નર્સ સિક્યુરિટી ની સેવા સાવ ખરાબ ને વર્તન ખરાબ છે. અહીં પાસ ના નામે વિઝિટર ને હેરાન કરવા માં આવે છે અહીં પેશન્ટ ને એડમિટ કરવા એવો એટલે બેડ તમને તૈયાર નહીં મળે અહીં તમારે જાતે બેડશીટ પાથરવી પડશે રોજ અને તેન પછી બેંકલેટ પીલો પણ તમે માંગશો તોજ આપશે તમને બેડ તૈયાર નહીં મળે અને નર્સ માં પણ કાઈ કેવા જેવું નથી અને ડોક્ટર પણ અહીં રોજ રુટિંગ ચેકપ નથી કરતાં અને જે માણસ અહીં એકવાર જાશે તે બીજીવાર અહીં આવશે નહી એવી સર્વિસ છે
અને 100મ થી 5 લોકો સારા સાચે અને મેડિકલ ની સુવિધાઓ છે પણ એ પણ થર્ડ ક્લાસ અહીં પેશેન્ટ ઓપરેશન માં હોય છતાં તમારે લાઈન માં બેશવું પશે માણસાઈ જેવું કંઈ છે જ નય અહીં ફ્લોર પર પાણી પડેલું જ્યાં સુધી તમે લાપસી ને પડો નહીં ત્યાં સુધી ત્યાં સફાઈ નય થાય તેવા જવાબ મળશે ને હું બે વાર પડતા પડતા બચ્યો છું નકર મારે પણ એડમિટ થવું પડત અને અહીં સિકયુરિટી માં અહીં મોબાઈલ ફોન યૂઝ કરવાની મનાઈ છે પણ છતાં લોકો યૂઝ કરે છે અહીં ડોક્ટર અને નર્સ અમુક લેડીઝ સિક્યુરિટી બહુજ ખરાબ છે એટલેમેનેજમેન્ટ આ ની નોંધ લેવી જોઈ એ

Worst management Facilities and staff is behaving so rude with every patient and their relatives, and working process is so slow. Nursing staff and security staff is giving priority to their aquentance and relatives. I would prefer to go anywhere else for any medical services.

Very very disappointed by the management of hospital and nursing staff.very slow process in everything either i talk about admission, reports, treatment everything is very slow.my mother was admitted for her surgery month back in ward 5b.sisters of this ward was very rude and mannerless.not only with patient they behaving very rude with residents and jnr doctors.not giving treatment on time, they are only writing all the day and doing nothing.i hope i can give minus to this hospital.i’m giving one star for the care provided by Dr Rushita.she was very calm and answering every one very polite and very helpful.such a cheerful person she is.

Dear all.
One good point is that It is cheaper hospital and with MAA card PMJAY facilities so it is boon for poor people and middle class people.

One negative point is that you will feel that It is jail. Everywhere there are security people disturbing you every minute. They behave like police. They don't respect patient or human. People are treated like cattle by them.

Second point is class four cleaning worker and peon. Always shouting and talking loudly. You will find their presence everywhere doing nothing. Behaving like vice president of hospital. Even in lift or porch they only show their presence and every topic they discuss very loudly like they are moving in bus stand.

Doctors and authority are absent in their chambers, chambers are designed such that not easily seen, to get medicines is tougher than ask for alms at Temple gate.

So in short it is cattle class hospital for needy people. And good for them as there is no other option.

Office staff respect their time table and exactly at 17: 00 hour they will leave office even one patient is waiting outside their chamber. On holiday, office is at the mercy of junior doctors and security personnel and class four peon category people who are of no use.only asking bribe some times coming in the room of petient and talking with their fiance of fiancee and disturbing petient.

Hospital authority should send their relatives or they should go without showing their names. Security people will touch their genitals also while frisking.

Simple PG students having zero practical experience seeing the patients.
For every patients doctors having one conclusion admit in GCS. By OPD prescribed medicines they can't cure anybody. Very worst experience should appoint well educated practical knowledge doctors.

Cashless service is worst. TPA staff is not responding for further procedure for cashless since last three days.whether my family has health insurance still my patient is admitted in General ward due to lack of service and guidance.relatives only has responsibility to make proper documentation for cashless, hospital staff doesn't bother to guide atleast.poor TPA management.in previous, one of relative admitted under cashless service, still I didn't get refund from hospital till date and no-one take follow up. Gcs has best doctors team, but due to worst other services there is less patients.kindly work on other services.

Is corona gone from AHMEDABAD? Where is social distance? This line is for new case and there is no social distance and even the staff of hospital don’t wear mask and i stand in line to open new case at 11: 00 am and i got my case registration at 2: 30 Pm and also the staff timing for lunch is 12: 30 to 1: 30 nd the doctor who practice there they go for lunche at 1: 00 pm to 2: 00 pm (2: 15,2: 30 approx they came back) No proper checking they cheq 2 people at one time in gynaecologist department even they don’t cheq anything and staff working very slow have to do something new and fast for new case opening and add more counters for new case so the people get everything easily

Bad service by 2nd floor ayushman department.
In 5 hours they checked only 13 to 14 files max and bad behaviour as well also taking other ref files in between our token number.

First of all thank you for the successful operation of my mother's uterus cancer. You had been a blessing in disguise and took care of my mother. You took hourly update and guided us on a daily basis. We got the best treatment at GCS because of you and your team. I highly recommend you and GCS for treatment of cancer patients.

More than worst. Never ever ever ever visit this hospital for covid. Disgusting staff, doctors don't have any responsiblity for their patients. Worst food for patients. Very Rude nurses. They don't have any sense of taking self decision. They don't even tell about patient's health and situation to patient's family. Very much disappointed.
I sincerely ask government to please remove this hospital from giving treatment to covid patients as they have zero knowledge, no responsibility at all. They leave patient for death. GCS hospital and their staff - DISGUSTING. Very disappointed.

Hospital & Medical College both places are neat and clean. The canteen is also very good for Doctors & Students. Healthy and good quality food is provided in this canteen.

I came from Rajkot for the fourth time for only endoscopy, from ESI referer, As the timetable of the hospital staff also the business commercial type and Security is also harsh and abusive.

Security gard is misbehav all & old pepole is verry bad languge not menners in security gard. Hospital billing counter staff verru slow progress all pepole verry tired pls your staff is change & verry active staff your hospital your hospital repitasion is bad image.

Rating? I give rating of this hospital in minus 0. There was all staff have no manner for the how to treat a patient. Specially gynec dr have no manners. All staff give different ans. When start a labour pain there was dr said "chup kr jab se ayi he tab se halla machake rakha ke". From my side it's not gud support. Every dr have manners how to treat a patient. From my side I give a suggestion first arrange the training to how to talk with patient because patient have no choice for the dr. Then pragnent lady was in pain then she touch a dr that time dr said "hey dur raho mane touch na kro" it's not gud ans. After complain every dr behavior was changed. Today our baby was expired but this is due to the negligence of the doctors. I want justice. Plz cooperate with us.
