The Worst company. Judging based on the new joining. They will offer you a job and then after few days they will put you on hold giving some unacceptable reason. Till the time you might have rejected other offers.
Not at all acceptable from a company like this.
Breaking person’s dream and career.

First they took your interview and then told that they don't have budget.
Totally unprofessional attitude.

Very Poor & Bad Experience.

HR wants to see personal transaction in bank statement. You are not authorized to ask or force to any candidate.you have to just verify salary with slip. Very Bad polices and management also.

If you don't have a sufficient budget as per the market standard & ectc of candidate then you don't have any right to waste any candidate's time.your time is not precious, but others time is precious.

This is going to be a long list folks. The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization that I can tell you, the reader, that this review will be read, pondered, and acted upon by the leadership team and the entire company. I know what some of you are thinking (especially if you're in or have been in this situation) - oh my goodness, I couldn't do that - what if they find out who wrote it?

I'm here to tell you, that's exactly the best part of the organization. It's not punitive. It's not a witch hunt. It's not trying to find out who's dissatisfied and quietly showing them the door. It's honest-to-goodness willingness to listen, learn, and grow.

The compensation, benefits, and perks are top notch for the industry.
The organization is people centric, they build on their employee's strengths. One gets intellectual freedom to hone their skill set. The roles are structured in such a way that each employee gets an exposure to overall functioning the particular project they work on. Hence, the learning benefit is immense. Advice to Management

Please continue to be transparent. Please continue to help us make organization changes that lead to better outcomes for our clients and ourselves.

But mostly, please continue to invest in us the employees. I've watched these folks make miracles happen for you to help you achieve your goals and dreams. Putting your employees first is what allows us to be great - I sincerely and deeply hope that will always continue going forward.

I would like to request management to change the policy of asking salary slip of candidates without an offer letter. HR will ask for salary slip after 1 st round and after 2nd round seems like they do not have budget to hire right candidate.
Poor experience with Such brains.

I started my IT journey with Hidden Brain 7 months ago. This industry and company are new to me but after joining Hidden Brains I will feel very proud to be part of this organization. Extremely unprofessional IT company. It's not a rare thing because they operate in Ahmedabad where people do not know professionalism at all. Stay away from this place if you want to have a better career & don't even waste time on interviews. The location is great to make sure you eat out at the restaurant on the 1st floor of the building a lot more often & put on weight.
