Only went in restaurant for food food was cold tasteless was highly recommended wasn't impressed at all

Need to improve waiting services.
They should be silent, they should talk with each other only in sign language.

Nice hotel for the weekend and family with good location about 1 km from Railway station, good food but expensive, wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Parking is free.

We are here visit for his authentic gujrati thali all the food item was very good in test specially recommended his puran poli test must.

Rooms are old but service is very good. Food is amazing. They also serve buffet lunch at a great price.

Booked 2 Rooms for 1 night through booking.com. This is a Heritage hotel so the roofs are wooden and high with elegant fans cum lights. The hotel has a good restaurant which serves Gujarati thali and ala carte for lunch while on order kathiyawadi, south Indian and other cuisines in the evening. Outdoor seating is also available. The hotel is on the main road but has a big parking which can easily hold 25 cars so car security is good. The rooms are semi modern and staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall we were comfortable while we stayed at the hotel.

The sweet corn soup had ghost peppers! The pizza was too cheesy. But those of us that ate naan liked it.

My all time favourite Hotel Aram. Excellent for stay and delicious food quality. Total hygienic property.

I was really loving the food of Aram hotel but had a pathetic experience in the parcel. Poor management, they kept us waiting for 2 hours and even after waiting for those 2 hours, we did not get the complete items in the parcel which were mentioned in menu. The manager who was looking over parcel thing, was not having sense of talk to customer. The food quality was also not good, overall a bad experience and was not worth it.

Aram is a legend.
One of the few hotels that has survived the test of time.

The restaurant uses the best ingredients and since food is served fresh, takes a little while for it to be served.
Most if the staff has been working there for years.
Recommended for food and stay.

Old hotel but rooms are good. Cleanliness of the room and linen is good however I found one bedbug. Furniture is very old. Overall I would rate 2.5 out of 5.

We have to wait so much for the food and then the waiter told us that our order was cancelled. They only cost for their sitting services.

Today had gone to take 3 Gujrati Thali parcel, they just allured and tricked. Today being Rakshabandhan there was heavy traffic they took the advantage of that. They didn't gave me one Farsan, Buttermilks and Salad.

Hope they will maintain their words in parcel packing for other citizens.

I was waiting for more than hour for the food but they failed to serve it in time.

Firstly lets start with where 2points were scored,
A}The safety protocols are well followed so much so that even 7 members of the same family were asked to sit on two separate tables of four. THE STRANGE THING WAS NO WAITERS WORE MASKS PROPERLY AND NO HEAD WAITERS WORE FACE SHEILDS WHICH IS AMUST IN SUCH PREMIUM SEGMENT OF HOTELS.
Anyways WERE TALKING POSITIVES HERE!
B}In general the air conditioning and cleanliness was very much appreciated.
NOW LETS GET TO THE 4POINTS WHICH WERE DEDUCTED.
1}The paper dosa that was ordered with onion for a child was burnt from one side and soft from the other.since we specifically mentioned to to be crispy the waiter said that's the reason its slightly having a blackish brown tinge.
Next day morning the child had loose motions and even his mother who helped him have the huge dosa had a stomach upset.

2}IT took 50 mins for 2 sabji 2 roties 2GARLIC NAAN and jeera rice to come, which made everyone restless who had reached hotel restaurant at 8 30p.m had soup at 9 p.m and dinner arriving at almost 10p.m
We already had lost the zeal to eat.

3}the roti seemed soggy like some water might have dripped on due to steam, wanted to complain but all waiters were in the rush to wind up and clean all tables, they hardly would respond to excuse me.

4}We asked the jeera rice to be warmed again the waiter said just 5 mins sir and no one came for 10 to 12 mins.while we requested for the bill he came running saying sorry sir i forgot.
Few years back when i visited aaram it was the best go to place in JAMNAGAR.
But with so many new joints opening up, i feel its time we move on.

Great food! Nice management by Mr Yusuf Gor. Eager to visit again. Staff service is very good with humbleness. They are serving like family members. Gujarati thali in lunch is awesome. Keep it up. Not too much crowded so you can enjoy with your family.

First of all the hotel room (Room No 8) is very bed smelly with plenty of mosquito. They are charging 3200 but providing such rooms and slippery bathroom.moreover breakfast was included but when i had in the morning, it’s average level breakfast which we is not at all comparable for even 2 star hotel. U can find better breakfast in OYO room rather than this. At the end they don’t have a manner to send luggage collection boy while checking out.sheer negligence in all aspects. Ohh i forgot to mention, No wifi connection.it’s just symbolic wifi u can get but while using u can’t type one msg also online. After several request also, nobody bothers. Just and just lethargic approach

Waiting since last 1.5 hours, Worst food of roof cafe, the waiting time was more than an hour, waste of time waste of money, highly irresponsible staff.

Good Gujarati food. Dedicated one-star coz I felt there could have been little more warmth while serving the customer (serving with a smile - not as an everyday affair). Knock knock if the management is listening with a pinch of?

Hot & sour soup, corn palak tikki & onion rings were beyond expectation. Naan up to the mark & Malai kofta was so so. Mocktail Mango sunrise was awesome.

Aram restaurant is good for show off.
Taste of food is not so good as charge.
Quantity of servings, especially curries and starters, not sufficient for 2.staff service was satisfactory.

Perfection.that is how our stay at the hotel was. Superior quality rooms and comfortable stay. Breakfast was quite tasty too!

You must have the gujrati thali here. For 3 it took 882 rupees including gst.
Decoration of the hotel is very traditional. Room is also very spacious. Pleasant stay here.

Nice Food and service was Great. The only hotel who is having Valet Parking Facility so you no need to worry.

The service over here was not at all proper.it was totally partial and the staff was rude.
Too much time in preparing order, serving was not proper, I've discussed issues with General Manager. Hope issue will get resolved but very disappointed with third class service.

Location is quite nice kind of. Rooms are exquisite and good like luxurious hotel feelin. Service is also quick and the food quality is damn good. Everyone should visit there once.

A very good place to live. Little expensive in city like jamnagar but room quality is decent. Don't forget to eat GAJAR KA HALWA WITH ICECREAM here my favorite.
