Poor and irresponsible staff. Not giving proper answer on phone just delaying by saying call tomorrow. Not expected this by this type of trust.

I have sent many injured and needy animals there and they are doing very good job to save them

Very good and best for any type of animal and birds hospital.it's free and good treatment.u can donate.good use of money.

The place is over loaded and due to that lags behind in providing health care to animals above minimal level. Staff and volunteers working are really good and caring.

I had an injured pigeon and I took it there. People at the trust were extremely knowledgeable and cooperative. The bird will be released after a couple of days hopefully when it recovers. Highly recommended place!

It's very helpful for almost types of animals ️ and they can save a puppy or any other animals

I am a volunteer at Jivdaya Charitable Trust. This place is the best place for any injured animal or bird. I have learned many things at this place and being a part of jivdaya would be one of the best part of my entire life because i learned a lot about birds and animals there and being a kart of the treatment amd recovery of the bird or animal is the best feeling in the world. So good to be a part of jivdaya family.

Don't call until it's an emergency. They have very less staff and vans. Would suggest you to go there with the animal in the riksha to treat it as soon as possible

Employees working at this charitable trust lie through their teeth without hesitation and are very disrespectful. I got a reference of a lady wanting to adapt a kitten and we contacted her through the Jivdaya and gave a kitten in adaption whom we had rescue. Very Irresponsible professionals and unwilling to help out a fellow tensed donor.

Filing a complaint with PETA soon for my cat gone missing from panjrapol and they don't even have a tag no. Or registration entry of my kitten which they sent for adaption and are not ready to reveal the details of the adapting person.

A very Noble concept and it's filled with so dedicated staff vet doctors as well very well coordinated hospital which is doing yeomen service to innocent animals who suffers on road due to negligence of two legged human beings, who have no ampathy for other creatures of God.
I salute the trustees and wish more corporate donor's come forward to help to make present hosi to a more modern equipped with modern XRay machins, OT and more spacious place to keep each dog r other animals happy.

This trust is a good place working for a cause to save animals.
Personal opinion- Trust takes atmost care of animals and suggests best medications if your pet is injured or sick. The staff also makes sure the sick animals do not visit any infected areas which might worsen the animal's condition.

Overall, a very genuinely nice place.

I called them more than 20 times but they can't attend my call. Please sir provide more ways to connect with you.

I took a street dog at night, they kept it and took immense care with 0 charge.very happy with there response and commitment.

A Pigeon gets trapped in thread at my office workplace. I called Jivdaya Charitable Trust to rescue a Pigeon in, There is a bad response received from their side: they are only saved animal or wild animal life.

They attended the matter but we need to call them every 2 hours to get them reminder. They will plan and attend as per their route. Good co operative people

Really remarkable place and shelterhome for stranded or injured or abandoned animals pedigrees or strays. They offer a walk with a guide to describe the place and you can also donate amount or volunteer in their programs!

You guys might be doing a good job but, your process are pathetic. Improve ur process and tell ur staff to behave properly.

The timing should be 24x7.
Also, the response time can be improved with prompt response and clear communication on steps moving forward.

It's well equipped facility for animals and birds, with amicable human being.

Anyone can go there as volunteer and help them in good cause.
