Service was okk.food quality was very bad.also the hygiene was not maintained.serving plates and bowls were not properly washed and sitting area had dust and trash all around

They have a good environment, but the food is average, the idea is very innovative regarding the theme, The food was so bland and cold, the service was good but it felt like they just wanted get it done with or they're in hurry. Almost ruined our party because of this. The innovative idea of the train was good. It is very crowded so couples will face some disturbance there.

If you want to eat absolutely tasteless pizza in the great ambience, this is the place.
The pizza is served by a moving overhead trolley.
Other items you have to self serve from the common counter. The plates in which food was being served were not at all cleaned and were oily. Cheap red plates.
The ambience was catching. It is train like structure, inside is the sitting place like train compartment.
It felt like I am eating in the real train.

But food was pathetic.
Not recommended al all.

The types of starters & variety of food is good. If you go there, try to grt a table inside a train. Celebration are most suggested here as entire staff will come with a suitable music and they’ll make your day. Slow service and waiting may be frustrating!

Try unlimited. Pizza quality good, but there other food options rather than pizzas comes along with unlimited offer are amazing. Awesome service.

This is one of the best theam Resturant in Surat, vesu area, opposite to vijaya Laxmiji hall.
This is on roadside restaurant but first floor.
As u enter decore is like train. And there is unlimited buffet food. Price is fixed means people they charged 259 rs. And for kids it's less.
Now they have vegetarian and jain meals.
Two types of soup and salad which is good in taste like pasta salad. And chana corn chat.
Then cheese bread.
Dosa and cold drinks unlimited
3 types of pizza which comes buy hanging train.
Then brownies and ice cream and kulfi is too good.
Service is good.
Must visit
But everyone makes so much sound.

It's not worth it. I gave 3 star 2 for their interior design and 1 for food. They have too much variety of food but they are not Able to manage their quality.they have 22+ salads but you may be choose 1 or 2 from their because all salad are very bad in taste and they serve you too much chats and panipuri and etc before you start your Main cource. I am not thinking about visit here again #bad #badfood

Budget friendly and good taste of pizzas and a nice service provided there, but never go on a saturdays or sundays cause u have to wait too long for your turn

Amazing staff and great experience. I am taking more of an amazing experience rather than just food in my stomach. The birthday celebration was amazing. Though it wasn't my B-Day they did that celebration with claps just on our request. The staff Arvind n ram were our attendes. I enjoyed it.

I have been visiting other unlimited pizza restaurants in surat, but this is the first one where pizza is being served with happy faces. Thank you so much Ms. Reena Gamit, for excellent service.

There are many unlimited pizza centers in surat but La Pizza Treno has it's unique attraction of Train coaches as their serving tables.

- Along with serving unlimited pizzas and salad they also serve unlimited pani-puri, dhosas and have punjabi dishes.

- I really liked their salads and punjabi dishes but they do need to improve their pizzas.

- The service is quick and a really unique conpect of trains coaches for dinning makes it a must visit place.

Very nice atmosphere for fun and dine. Children friendly. Train Coach concept is nice. Cheering by the staff was very enthusiastic for particular person. Extra unlimited 7 types of chatt with unlimited pizza's concept is marvelous. Must visit place for anyone.

Great place with wonderful ambience. Must go for groups and almost all dishes are great. The pasta here are great and so are the pizza. Although you might feel a bit hot if you sit inside the train and a bit cold if you sit outside, so it is upto you. The idea is also superb and amazing. So you can enjoy here and save on money if you come in big groups. So people who visit, wish have a great time.

Ambiance was good, service was excellent.

When it comes to food it was not good at all, very poor taste of pizza, talking about starters they provide huge variety but none of they were worth to eat. It seems they have focused more on quantity then quality. Also cold drinks were cheap. They don't serve you brownie instead they provide you packed ice-cream like coco bar (₹20).

It's the best place I have ever visited. A superb restaurant for family and specially for fast food lovers. Awesome dishes and taste and the service was fantastic. According to me you should visit la treno if you love fast food

Theme and ambience good. But needs improvement in food, especially pizza. Pizza are average in taste. Garlic bread and salad is also good. Kids do enjoy but I feel that this is not the place for pizza lovers.

Food and service is good but the catch here is too much noise. It is the best place to celebrate birthdays every waiter will come and help you celebrate

Service is excellent. Staff courtesy is amazing. Food is up to mark. Ambient is good. But the best thing is birthday celebration. It is overwhelming. One must visit it for enchanting birthday experience in reasonable price.

There are many restaurants in Surat with unlimited pizza theme. Just because this place is having a train theme, it doesn't make it better. The taste is almost same as the other restaurants with pizza theme. People have just created hype about this place because of its train theme. It's just an ordinary ace to it pizza.

Pizza's taste and everything was good but it was like what you would expect the taste to be in an unlimited course anywhere you eat. The service is great though, the staff is so friendly and they would take your suggestions to the taste and crust everything about pizza seriously.

Place is Superb, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Salad, soup, Pizza and Garlic bread? Awesome.
But Ice cream totally waste of money they had given option in Ice cream but what me and my Family got is totally melted Ice cream and they even not respond on that.

Good concept but requires huge improvement in food.

The concept of train makes it attractive for customers but the ambience is not good. Even when I visited it on regular day it was a lot crowded and the place gets real noisy and sometimes disturbing too.

Was good.

Cold salads.

Requires huge improvements and they are tasteless.
All pastas taste alike.

Hot salads.

Manchurian were really hard and dry though they were gravy manchurian. Also the noodles were not good and the rice was the worst of all. Literally the had just mixed the rice with vegetables and seemed to forget to add any spices.

Chaats.

A good innovation to compete others. The taste of the chaats can be improved as well as their quality. I specifically told them to make one chat as per my taste but they made it totally different.

Garlic bread.

Were good.

Pizza.

Pizzas were good but can be improved and also they serve them by their overhead trains that deliver them on the table.

Dessert.

Good that they are giving a large number of option unlike others who just only offer one dessert.

Good place to try for first time but not recommendable for second time as per their sevice and food quality.

Great food with awesome service of staff. Good behaviour and taking care of customers with on diner feedback for taste. Also overwhelming experience for the celebration.
