According to the locals' legend, Lord Krishna married Rukmini in the town of Madhavpur. The ocean is crystal pure, and the shoreline is lined with coconut trees. This beach, which is located on Porbandar Veraval Street, is most likely the best beach in Gujarat and may be the best beach in Gujarat from the top locations nearby Porbandar.

Beautiful sea shore and sand, available drinks, coconut water, joy full rides camel, horse, motor bike etc, take free walk, buy sea cells.

Good beach but not suitable for swimming in the sea as sea is not calm. Also there is steep decline resulting in several deaths.

A small but very popular beach.monsoons not the best time to visit.with the huge waves etc.but a good place to sit and enjoy the lovely breeze.

One of the best beaches I saw in India. It's between Porbandar and Somnath connected through the most beautiful coastal highway in Gujarat. A must stop while heading to Somnath from Porbandar/Dwarka or vice versa.

Enjoy a camel ride at beach (Just INR 100) and sip Coconut water while basking under sun and looking at the vast Arabian Sea.

Best month to visit is from August till March.

It is nice beach situated on Somnath - Dwarka Highway. Due to this beach we can say it is Coastal Highway.

It is madhavpur beach I loved it because there is you can ride on camel and watch lovely seen.

Nice beach for horse and camel riding. Not ideal for swimming here. Ocean seems rough here and deepens quick. Beggars were annoying. Small shops and owners are good. They ensure beach remains clean.

I would rate this 0 as beach has been ruined by authorities by doing some work shore to take the sand upward as in May ending 22.

Plus there is not much, sorry. There is no facilities on beach to freshen up.

Plus, don't even think of going in the beach to have fun.

There are three beaches - 2 commercialized and one in the village, which is the most beautiful one.

It is occupied by one and only resort. Lords resort otherwise one can enjoy coconut water, horse and camel rides besides seashore remains hyperactive all the time so one can never think of going into the waters.
