Today i ended business dealings with the company's CEO Ashok. Overall the quality of their design work was good but incomplete, for example they didn't add the footer and header for the price comparison detail page. Their coding had alot of errors which they took along time to fix after feedback, there are still bugs in their code as i write so i have to hire another company. The most dissappointing thing was that they took payment from me but refused to complete the project. The scope of work clear stated they would do SEO work on my company's prices comparison page, yet Ashok stated his company doesn't do SEO work and they are only a technology company. This contradicted what his director Hitesh said, Hitesh provided a quote for SEO work on the whole website. While Ashok claimed they don't do SEO.
Overall they didn't complete the project and took my money but when they do the job their design work is of high quality. They are also cost effective in some cases.
