Priyanka Sharma here, Thank you Mr. Neel to response on my shared review, Suddenly I can not put my review to your page anymore.
I would like to clear two points here.

1. The review I have shared that is based on my personal experience before confirming the order. On first day Mr Rajesh confirmed and told us two days for the delivery, when we asked the delivery time before the order login he informed me that it will take 5 days, I asked, you mentioned that day 2 days, he was like you can go to other vendor if you like. It will take 5 days. It was still reasonable so we placed the order.

2. On 6th or 7th july, the client confirmed the order. Today on 15th july almost after 8 days I called Mr. Rajesh to know about the delivery of bathtub. I politely asked him " when we can get the delivery of bathtub to the client? He responded " why don't you ask to your client, I have informed him" In a such rude way. I was like okay and disconnected the call.
As a client, nobody appriciate such unprofessional unnecessary negative behavior from any reputated brand in the market.
I never had such worse experience from any vendor in my entire life.
