Very bad food Staff behaviour is not good.buttermil kquality very bad I will not go there again I would also tell others not to go there

It was mostly stale food
Do not order thali from here.

It used to be one of the best thali restaurants earlier but it has lost its charm.

Food is below average

Good gujarati thali.best option for full gujarati thali. 3-4, sak, roti, totla, bhakhari, farsan, sweets, dalbhat, khadi khichadi, chass, and many more at one thali, once try it

Service was too good but some food was not good.like Butter milk (chhas) was not food.it was too dilute like water.not taste.only cool like water tasteless.

पार्किंग की जगह थोड़ी सी हल्दी श्रेणी की है क्योंकि बेसमेंट से गाड़ी पार्क करने और निकालने में परेशानी देखने को मिलती है बाकी ओवर ऑल सब बढ़िया है, मुझे काफी अच्छा माहौल मिला यहां. ।
कुल मिला कर अच्छी व्यवस्था और काफी व्यवहारिक होटल है, मै निजी तौर से काफी प्रभावित हूं और थोड़ा बहुत लोगों के साथ व्यवहार करने जैसे विषय पर सीखने को भी मिला ।

Absolutely amazing place.they provide with amazing Gujarati food and you would love it.only the prices are a little bit high.they provide with 4 sabjis and rotis, sweet, angur rabdi, papad, price and daal, pickle and many more delicious things

Sasumaa is a great thali place i always got to when I visit india, Surat! I can't seem to get enough of it and the service is AWESOME! When you place is looking empty or even when a dish needs topping up the waiters are there straight away to take care of you and your thali! Definitely worth a visit! 100% Truly authentic Gujarati Thali served with warmth feelong of Sasumaa which is mother in law having ample choice of limited as well unlimited thali with sweets and farsan with pickles and buttermilk avoid over eating as the server will dump the food as much as you want.

Service is Good.
Taste is Also ok.
Little bit expensive. And If you are Thinking for parcel service, please do Search for better option than Sasumaa.

The thali has a wide spread of items and they keep serving you on an almost continuous basis. The good thing is that the bowls are very small, so they serve a little quantity each time - you can experiment without fear of wasting food. It was a very good introduction to Gujrati food.

Very good service, they do provide many choices and all unlimited, please take only the food which you like to eat more. Don't take unnecessary for later left to spoil. Don't waste and enjoy your meal:)
I like kadhi - khichdi (and papad of course)

They should improve more in food quality and service as the last time I visited everything was really nice but this time I don't understand why they have downgraded their standards

I starved myself the whole day so I could feast on this much talked about Thali and boy was it worth all the wait. The food is excellent and the staff is so courteous that the make you feel like you're one among their home members. I'm gonna make it a point to do my lunch / dinner at this place every time I'm in Surat!

Finger licking food which is also easy on pocket and the level of service you will made to feel if you are the only one there and they will feed you forcefully (obviously with love in indian style). Just loved it.

Not single food tasty and sweet raw material ia not natrual use, is not good for helth, even buttermilk is with water no one natrual

This place defines what is called “total value for money”. Every single item on the thali is top quality and can put you in a spot because you cannot eat everything to your max capacity.

The waiting staff are proactive and will keep getting more food till you don’t give up. Price is very reasonable and you can make out that the food is not made in way that will bore you quickly which means it is made very close to home cooked food.

Will surely eat here again when i visit Surat next.

If you are looking for delicious taste by its name and you know about sasuji Ahmedabad then don't waste your money, they don't deserve taste is not worth money as well as its not comparable to sasuji as i mentioned earlier, I don't know why they got fame in surat public but yeah they got that's why i visited with mindset that i will taste Gujarati food as like sasuji in sasuma but if you can understand what i am trying to convey. Thanks.
