Science City Ahmedabad

A very very big area. Lots of information. Perfect for a weekend plan. Almost require a full day to cover all areas. Still you would be short at some point of time. Aquarium was the best here. Planet Earth over here will give lots of information to small kids. Crowd is at peak on sunday. Mondays are off. Nice weather surrounding the area. Must visit place. Just skip the robotics one. Nothing over there. Small toys and some industrial set up. Thanks

We visited on Sunday and had only couple of hours with us. So choose aquarium. Fish collection is vast. IMAX experience was good though the theatre needs maintenance.
We also visited robotics but left inbetween because of lack of good commentary and maintenance issue.
Earth looked remarkable from outside

So this is the honest review of my visit.
The 350 rs combo pack isn't that good. Becz it involves aquarium and robotics. Now aquarium is the most most best part of the entire place but in the name of robotics is just toys displayed like drone, floor cleaner and some robo dance. And the other experiences such as 4d theatre, fountain show etc aren't included in the combo.
So what you can do is take 200rs aquarium ticket and 50 rs entry. Then skip Robot and do some other paid activities.

It was an amazing experience, we visited with family and from toddlers to all enjoy a lot.

It's maintained well, and managed properly.

From nature parks to all science related activities, it's amazing.

Must recommend to all,

There are multiple sections so the entry fees is separate for each place like the robotics, aquatic gallery, imax

If you want to visit all places then pls go with 3-4hrs in hand.

It must be on your travel list if you are travelling to or from Ahmedabad.
The Water Aquarium and Aquarium Tunnel are great. They have a variety of fish, and there are penguins too.
The Robotic Gallery has a Gaint Transformer robot and other historic robots too. You can experience VR there.must watch.

Aquatic gallery, nature park are really good.robotic os ok.but Suffocation and smell in earth globe exhibition and in hall of space. When asked replied AC under maintanance. It looks like this place in proper situation during and for VIP person's visit

One day is not enough.very good centre with amalgamation of fun and learning.bt ticket counter shd accept payment in cash.

The place is gigantic. Lots of things to see for kids as well as adults. It's a well thought out outlay. It will take atleast one full day to visit all the facilities.

Aquarium is good.
Garden and greenary around the place is nice.
But there is no management to maintain the crowd. The place gets so crowded on holiday that you cannot see anything.

The robotic gallary has different robotic sections and they work only at specific timings. But the timings are not highlighted near that particular section. But a small printout is sticked near gate. Due to the crowd and timing not highlighted for robots, one can just endup watching robots that are just switched off. Waste of money.

Best place for kids to know more about solar, science and planets along with robots. Totally worth visit for one day picnic in ahmedabad

One of the BEST and MUST visit place for kids. They will love it.

Varies aspects we go through. 3d IMAX, Garden, fountains, space experience, Aquarium, in to the bottom of sea with creatures, robots and it's usage, cafeteria, rockets and more. Best place for kids for 1 day science trip.

Aquatic world is an amazing place inside science City to explore, i have a toddler and she loves going there, entry fee is 200 rs per person plus the main entry fee of 50rs, but it's worth visiting
For refreshments there is Tea post inside aquatic world.

This requires a lot of walking.
If you are senior or just tight on timeline, then I'd say just visit Aquatic Gallery and Robotic Gallery. I visited all places inside it but found only the above two to be worth my time.
As of my visit, the IMAX 3D theatre was under enhancement, so couldn't visit that.

If you are younger and/or have 4-5 hours to kill, it's a great place to spend your day.

PS: Aquatic Gallery made my day.

It's a great place to visit on a holiday, You need a full day for the whole tour, I would recommend buying snacks from Tea Post or something inside Aquatic or robotics. Have fun

It was a very bad experience for me. Nothing is available there for the public, even washrooms are in very bad condition.
Totally waste of money and time.

Beautiful place for the children. One can spend at least 5 to 6 hours to check out the whole place. Sitting area was missing since it’s a huge place. Buggy, cycle facilities were available for some amount. The washrooms were pathetic, very untidy. They should work on the washrooms in case people spend long hours. The space centre was truly amazing but no Ac. It was too hot inside and weather too. There were 3D to watch which was nice. Lots of knowledge for all ages in the space Center specially. There were small trucks for snacks which was nice to cover small hunger but the area around was too untidy. The science centre roads were clean inside.overall can be better as it’s a must see place in Ahmedabad

I don't wanna spoil it for you but I would recommend you to try every ride
And best for school trips and friends trips

A good place to visit with your friends and family.the tickets are a bit pricey as there isn't much to see in the individual sections.aquatic gallery is worth a watch. I would recommend not to buy the combo ticket!
The campus is huge with food stalls inside but better carry own snacks and water! There are paid carts and bicycles available to roam around the campus!
Recommended to visit on weekdays!

We visited robotic gallery and aquatic gallery. Aquatic gallery was enjoyable experience with kids. We saw robots playing various games and doing industrial work. I liked robo cafe where food is served by robots.

A nice place to spend a day esp.if you have a young child.

Pros:
1. Marine World is developed on the lines of the best aquariums in the world. Deserves a pat!
2. Robotics Pavillion has a guided tour of about 45 mins. Can't imagine going around the robotics lab without any explanation.
3. The combined ticket is value for money, go for it instead of individual ones.
4. Parking is a breeze, very big land reserved for parking.
5. The nature park is the newest addition. It has a lavish garden filled with photo spots. There is also boating and some water sports.
6. Gold cart available for internal transport from one place to another, at a small cost of course.

Cons:
1. Food except for Tea Post & Robo Cafe is very poor quality. Jain food is hard to find. Buttermilk and ice creams are the only saviours.
2. Pavillion apart from Robotics, Marine World & Nature Park are old and not maintained. You can totally skip them.
3. Getting a cab via Ola and Uber takes a while. Local rickshaws are available but they charge a bomb - more than a sedan cab.

All in all, it will easily take one full day.

It's nice to visit science city. But, need to do maintenance. There is only online cash or card accepted in entry fee no cash taken that's drawback. One time go.

Robots are now in bad condition update it.most are not working in robotics.catering service is worst.quality weak.unprofessional behaviour.

Aquatic gallery is a must visit. Robotics gallery also good. The IMAX theater was under renovation when we visited. Some of the other attractions like the earth centre needs maintenance. Overall a great outing for kids
