Sevasi Vav (Stepwell)

Vidhyadhar Vaav stands as an intriguing architectural marvel, shrouded in the depths of history. However, regrettably, this historical site appears to be suffering from a lack of proper maintenance and attention. This neglect has left us disheartened as it is slowly succumbing to the ravages of time.

Upon exploration, it becomes evident that the basement of the vaav has fallen victim to the elements, becoming a habitat for rats and bats. The accumulation of their waste has produced an overpowering and unpleasant odor, rendering it nearly unbearable to spend more than a few minutes within its confines.

In summary, Vidhyadhar Vaav has the potential to be a captivating attraction if it were to be meticulously restored, cleaned, and thoughtfully presented to visitors, allowing them to delve into its rich historical narrative.

The good thing is it is an amazing architectural monument with awesome craftsmanship. Sadly it is poorly maintained.

It is one of the most underrated places of vadodara with such an amazingly peaceful nature! Must go

A nice place to visit if you are into this kind of ancient places. It's still not very popular, so no entry fees.

Place looks good in photograph only. Very dirty, no one mentained it. You can go there just to click good photographs. There is a temple in the stepwelll.

Another beautiful place to visit for history freaks and the ones intrested in architecture.but watch your step while walking on top of the borders!
