Toran Hill Resort

I stayed in hotel toran which is similar property like hotel toran and resort. Breakfast and dinner were tasteless.if you complain about anything then they will say that you can post your review since this property is handled by government, they are careless.this property is only suitable for aged people and not for the youngsters. Hot water will be supplied till 11 morning.

Not well maintained, at this rate many good hotels are available in saputara, Service is like a government attitude.

Very good hotel & food. Location near Bus stand. No need of taxi to reach. Senior citizens they care. Lift was not working. Provided another room. Also online booking has senior citizen discount without asking.

Amazing location. Rooms are good but in the range of 3000 it's too much. Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner included in the price. I would like to stay again.

Would like to inform the authorities to give water outlet in the bathroom. All dirty water flows towards basin and water comes out from the bathroom.
Its difficult for the elderly persons to manage.
The room service call is very important.it was not working.
The locatiin is superb. The view is fantastic.

Very big and clean room just go for it. Very nice experience of staying here. Bathroom also clean and very spacious.

These are frauds. First they asked for half amount for booking later asked for remaining half since some receipt wasn't't generated at their end. Shared a scanner for booking amount payment and now not refunding money even though I never stepped in the hotel. Plz be cautious with such fraudsters.

The rooms in the hotel are ok ok. There was dust on furniture when we checked in. Location is very good as it is just walking distance from lake

We had lunch at Toran Hill resort and had sumptuous buffet Gujarati thali @ 210/- per person. Super delicious food - very neat and clean restaurant and well behaved staff. Best for families. Even if you are not staying this resort, you still can go and enjoy the best lunch or dinner. Really liked and strongly recommend. We could not stay here as hotel was full but will try next time!

Only limited menu is available, but the food is amazing.the portraits, paintings and the flowers are eye cooler.

Okay to stay in Saputara. Rooms are big enough but could be more maintained. Hot water was not available in bathroom in winter. We were able to see cockroach in the premises and rooms. Found an insect in food in one of our prebooked meal. Only Gujarati thali is available in dinner.

Big rooms, staff is good. You can get 10% discount for each senior citizen and 5% on digital payment while online booking. Room charges are same for all week days.
Need improvement in food quality.

The hotel staff lied at the time of booking that driver sleeping arrangements can be done on arrival and we booked the room. Post reaching here they denied to do arrangements for the driver as their common area is already booked. Really bad experience and non co operations by the hotel staff.

We have visited just for the Dinner. They have Gujrati Thali system which costs 210/- per thali.
Food was Good.

Nice place for family stay near the market area. Place is maintained with very good cleanliness. Staff is very courteous. It's very economical too. One can book online on website of Gujarat Tourism. Simple like home made Gujarati thali is available for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is also good.

Washroom flushing issues, cockroaches, no hot water for bathing, no napkins provided, no toothpaste, they took charge of 3 star hotel. Unsatisfied with services.

Worst buffet food. Their management is changed and so the service and food. I had stayed in their dormitory in 2018 which was nicely maintained. Also the buffet food at their hotel was amazing but I visited now and believe me dormitory is badly maintained. Buffet food is bakwas. Better eat Gujarati food at swad hotel.

Love the place and location, we visited this place frequently, we like staff food and service, cleanness, bigger attached bathrooms, lot's of electric sockets lights, and nice view from the window

Food is so tasty, staff is good and co-operative.
Hotel was cleaned but infrastructure needs renovation. Issue faced was for Hot water.

It's a Gujarat tourism hotel. Rooms are okay with 6/10 rating. However, restaurant is very good which serves pure vegetarian food. Food is tasteful, no onion and no garlic. Food is good and hygienic. Must try.

Hey friends, I visit saputara and had advance booking at toran hill resort. Staff is very nice and humble but it's infra structure is demage and more over I have another bad experience they are charging for whole plate for baby under 5 years just difference is only sweet, baby ate every thing with parents, so don't you charge only sweet so that every parents can easily effort

Centrally located with all sight seeing near by. Rooms are average but staff service is good. Quality of food is good, service gujarati thali. But for long stay you will find repeat menus

It's a three star hotel run by Gujarat tourism, it's the first resort situated at the entry of the saputara hill station.one can enjoy valley from there.hotel staff is quite nice and friendly

Service is very poor, no Tata Sky recharge, No Hot water for bath, No Towel, shop for bath, You have go at counter and request them. Food is repeated in 2 ND day same in lunch.

Never seen such dirty restaurant. No hygiene in this covid situation. No professional services. Looks like typical government place.
Good location and infrastructure. But untrained staff.
Although we just order coffee and breakfast. But we didn't eat.

Toran Restaurant 1 of d fine example of Gujarat tourism. If u want “ghar jesa khana” away from ur home then ur search ends here. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable.

It's a Hotel of GUJARAT TOURISM so no second thinking. The stay was soo much luxurious and it the facilities were worth of money. Food tasted very much good. And you can obviously go there and can stay there. And SAPUTARA is also a very nice place to spend your mini 3 or 4 day vacation one should must visit there.

We stayed in Toran Hill Resort for 2 nights. Our stay was pleasant. Staff were very courteous, polite & helpful. Cleanliness of room & hotel was also good. Sanitization & social distancing was followed as per protocol. View from our room was very scenic. Security was also good. Have 1 suggestion though. Lift facility should be added so that elderly people can also accompany hassle free & the variety of food (breakfast & lunch/dinner) should be increased.

Economic, well spaced, neat and clean property of Gujarat Tourism in which include morning breakfast and lunch/dinner in the tarrif located in center of Saputara market. Staff is well responsive and supportive. Very well property managed by Gujarat Tourism.

Good place to stay, prompt service, spacious rooms & lobby, but serve similar food everday at their restaurant.need to improve on food taste & varieties.

We had Gujarati Thali here at night. There was live singing, which was adding excellent flavour, and created a lovely atmosphere, but food quality was not that good.
Checked the Lodging part, but they do not allow Pets.

Had a recent experience here and found very neat and clean rooms and overall area. Very supportive and helpful staff. Only negative part is food otherwise it's good to stay with family.

Not preferable hotel. Don't plan toran hill resort. Go with other hotels like lake view, sunotel, shilpi etc

It's nice budget property tariff includes Breakfast and Dinner it's neat and clean and well maintained property by Gujrat tourism, staff is well mannerd very cooperative and supportive and polite, Family suite and AC Suits rooms available only on MMT Goibibo and yatra, these rooms not available on Gujarat tourism website, property has pure vegetarian restaurant and have very limited menu, rooms are big enough to accommodate 2+1, viwe is OK for good view book Toran Ambika, toran hill centrally located and with in 50-500mtr everything is available market restaurant Lake jain temple etc. Nice place to stay with family

Rooms were okay when compared to the charges! Food menu is limited to Gujarati Thali. Should keep more variety or allow outside food. Booking is only done via online apps like MMT, GOIBIBO etc! Have good parking space.

An Okay stay for a day or two.

Room condition very poor, tv not working, room service not available, its a guest house not a resort, also food is ok ok, you are lucky if you got mountain facing view balcony.

Nice Hotel to stay at Saputara, with reasonable rates, we had stayed here for family outing. Rooms are spacious to live.
And space outside rooms are also spacious with ample chairs, so groups can have time pass easily. Staff is very courtieous and helpfull. Food for is also hygienic and tasty.
Staff serve food happily. Parking area is also good, childrens can also play in ground.

Don’t know about stay, as whenever I tried to book it, I always get one answer. The hotel is booked! No rooms are available. This time I tried to take lunch there and it was horrible. The food quality was pathetic. Considering it run by Govt we thought it should be very cost effective with good quality. And what we got for INR 160 (which is pretty high for a Gujarati Thali) in a Gujarati Thali is 2 spoons of 3 types of vegetables. Which includes tindoda (ivy gourd), bataka (potato) and doodhi (Bottle gourd). (Not to mention these three vegetables are in ignored list of most of the people). Then we had 1 tea cup of daal and the same tea cup size of rice, 4 chapati. That’s it… The height was, there was human hairs in ivy gourd! I got that dish changed and the same thing was repeated in one more dish we ordered! Then we all (11 people) didn’t even try to eat ivy gourd veg. And do not even ask the test. It was worse. We literally didn’t finish and left the entire dish as it is. Even though we had to pay. The staff was not cooperative. Overall very poor impression Toran gave to us and we never want to go to Toran again.

It quite costly as per the facility they provide.but not a 3 star hotel at all.it is just good hotel.room space is very good.

It's good place to stay specially Saturday Sunday. With a reasonable rate.
Plz bring mosquitoes replant as its in dens forest region. Otherwise good parking space.food is Gujarati so enjoy ur stay
