Very poor quality of service, during 2023 Garba festival their payment gateway crashed and deducted multiple payments for a lot of people without issuing passes.the refund process was very cumbersome, we were misguided 3 times and my father had to travel to their ground and office twice due to misinformation shared by official team. Mr. Anil from Accounts department and his colleagues were extremely rude.

(UWB) claims to have largest gathering of people at its venue during Navratri. Considering the huge crowd that it attracts every year, UWB organisers have applied for Guinness Book of World Records for having highest number of people at its venue in Navlakhi Ground. According to the organisers, over one lakh people on an average have visited their venue every night this year. UWB organisers feel that they have all the chances to bag the record as no other garba venue attracts this huge a number of people every night. "We made calculations this year and found out that a huge number of revellers and audiences visit our venue. So we have applied for the Guinness Book of World Records. The number of visitors is increasing with each passing day, " said Manish Patel, chairman of resource mobilisation wing of UWB.

The visitors taken into consideration by UWB include revellers and audiences. "The average number of visitors at our venue is around 1.25 lakh. We are keeping count of the numbers every day, " Patel told TOI. According to the statistics provided by UWB, they sold 30,000 playing passes this year of which 21,000 were bought by girls and the rest by boys. UWB also sells single day audience passes and their average revenue from it is about 2.50 lakh. "The number of daily pass takers are anywhere between 27,000 and 30,000. The VIP enclosure too has about 12,000 audience and two enclosures of sponsors are packed, " Patel explained. UWB had applied for the record on second day of Navratri this year and it will send detailed documents and statistics after the festival. A garba venue from the city already holds record for hosting largest number of garba dancers inLimca Book of World Records. Maa Shakti Garba venue had bagged the record some years ago for having 38,850 dancers at its venue on a single night.
