How do I apply for technical roles in uplers? Do they provide hybrid work options? I wanna relocate to Ahmedabad and want have some exposure working with a team and experience the culture.

I have a good working experience with Uplers, as I am working here from last 2 and half years. I found that, its very well establish company now. You will get the both type work policies here, 1) Permanent: - You will be the full time resource of the company on the company's pay role.and 2) Contractual: Where you will get the higher pay out and client will take care of yours.

I personally fill, its a very well platform to work with global client and to earn a decent pay out.

Uplers had been very professional and empathetic from the very start of my interaction with them. Very bad experience with uplers
Initially when I submitted the resume they showed a lot of professionalism like multiple rounds of screening. CV correction and updating as per the clients requirement.

They will call you everytime for client opportunites but each and everytime the client will not shortlist

But post that they are unable to give me any role inspite of clearing the test and applying on their portals. The person who is posting the job doesn't reply at all on emails or on the portals. This is very pathetic like you wasted our time by taking so many interviews and then your client just rejects. I mean okay you client is rejecting but there is no specific reason for rejection which is mentioned.

I am from digital marketing field. So most of the clients they have are startup agencies or brands which have small teams mostly from USA, UK.

These clients expectations are much more worse than what a normal agency or company would demand. Like see the following details which have been shared.

Very Demanding
Aggressive in nature

I mean is the client an animal who is of aggressive breed? And you guys are saying you provide good place to work?

Common guys if you don't know how to run this business model please shut it down don't waste others time and effort and also your money.

I don’t understand what is their entire hype about.

- One day I get a call for the scheduling of the interview and in less than a day’s time, they say that - “ Client has decided to hire a local candidate. ”
- There is no synergy amongst the team, the recruiters are clueless about almost everything.
- Have been applying via LinkedIn- no response. Messaging/ emailing their recruiters on the IDs they share - no response.
- When you apply via LinkedIn, you see crazy amount of job openings but that’s just for maintaining a record, they don’t really care

At Uplers, they only believe in building up their database and doing nothing about it. Do not keep hopes or get wooed by their false marketing statements. A WASTE OF TIME.

No less than 10 people from the company have contacted me unsolicited after I've asked every time to not contact me. Blantantly spamming me.

I had a really bad experience applying for a job interview with Uplers. They asked for my job details but didn't do anything with them. Even though I created my profile, they didn't bother to interview me. A week later, Mr. Kushagra Juneja said that my experience wasn't good enough for the job, even though I have more than 3.8 years of experience, and after one week they said we require at least 4 years. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

If they already knew that my experience wasn't eligible, why did they invite me? It would have been better if they had told me right away instead of wasting my time.

It's doing fraud, they took my 30,000 and blocked me. Please don't trust this type of organization. Making people fool.

I have personally never worked for the company but I am learning a lot from them. Their marketing skills, Hiring Skills and work ethics are best as I researched the company. I have similar goals and vision as the company I hope to reach the same level of success as they have.

It's a trendy service which connect uh with a corporate job just WFH based and allow you to work directly for your client.

Went to the last round of long stupid interviews and they rejected me saying my writing was monotonous.

The irony is just a few hours ago, I had given the writing test and passed. I even cleared the following round if interview with the head of the department.

I wish i could give them negative ratings for this.

Typical behaviour from cold corporate, thank God didn’t join.

I worked at Uplers around 4.5 years. Great company with flexible timing. Boss is always take care of employee whether you need professional help or personal help.

I usually don't post any negative review for any company but this time I would like to share my experience so that you don't waste your time like I did. Recently I got in touch with the HR for Uplers. I cleared first 3 rounds and then went for the final one where I was interacting with another so called expert who wanted to understand my thought process. Clearly they don't have any idea what they are looking for!

Now please don't reply that we are sorry for the inconvenience. We have a strategic way of identifying best talents in the country. Start being transparent with your own people first and then cater your services globally. Free advice take it. Another startup with a bunch of wanna bee's who just want to tag themselves as founders on their Insta.

HR is good and also very supportive towards the candidates also they have very good way to take interviews of the candidates. Tech team is very supportive.

If candidate apply for a post should do a interview in a proper way. Need much more to improve.

Pathetic staff and response rate. I was taken through the entire interview process and then they said they would schedule the final round with client. But I've been waiting 2 weeks that never happened!

They are continuously calling to give tests and I have given all the tests. I have got enough numbers on all the tests but after that they didn't call me. Even they weren't reply me on Whatsapp nor my emails. Don't trust on them and don't waste your time.

Unbelievably spammy, don't download their rate card.

Multiple calls, multiple emails, SMS's.

Wastage of time, process is too long, for no reasons you get rejected in the last round. Never apply in this company!

Please don't work here if you would not like to work in too much off pressure. You are treated like a you are nothing! Also, they are having this much of good reviews due to they are requesting their existing employees to write a review!

Fake company, creating fake job opening for remote positions after interview process they don't even respond back. Spent several hours for interview processes they take you close to the final round after that they won't respond you whether you are selected or rejected. Be careful while applying for job here, verify this company and then proceed

Interviewed with this company. HR and technical rounds were Excellent, people were nice. Though, designer team leads had inappropriate expectations from practical round. In about 3-4 hours, they expect you to finish up the whole page with mobile and desktop versions, and with latest complexities in design, with hand-coded styling only. Day wasted. Save your day for better organization. Disappointed.

WORST HR and Recruiting team i had ever faced in industry. First learn MNC adequates, how transparent, polite and committed they are. This company's HR and recruiting team is least interested in wasting candidates time, never values candidates time as well as nor even they have manners to inform candidates on status of their application.

Great Place of work. You will not find any other company with such a friendly environment. Takes good care of employees.

HR called and wasted time.
Inquire after few days and they say: Your profile is pending, currently no requirements for this position. Also 2 friends have same issue.
Then why you called and ask are you interested for this position?
Within 3-4 days vacancy got removed?
Do this people have mind?

Big company started in 2012. I got the chance for an interview. Management staff & HR were very kind and humble to all candidates specially to freshers who come there for an interview. Very positive environment to work. Company works in digital marketing, development, Web development. For freshers, starting salary is too low but its ok to work there Bcoz they care for their employees in their bad times so no other companies in Ahmedabad do. Overall it is the best place for work and for start your career.
