Its a self service but still few items being served on the table, needs lil improvement, food quality compared to price is okay. Not a great place for those who love quality and not quantity.

On the 15th sep, I went to this branch for my birthday celebration with my friends.
1) First of all, the AC was not working even I asked them to turning it on but they ignore my request instead.
2) we ordered unlimited pizzas, they served us a soups. Honestly I have never been tested before ever in my life.totally awful.
3) in the starter, in few buckets the smokes comes up in air, it's look like it's fresh and warm but seriously it's too stale it out.
4) when waiter started the serving the pizzza, I can't even test those served pizzazz.totally ruined my birthday.

They are not even deserving one star.

We have visited first time for unlimited dinner there are 2 soup, 20 cold starter, 12 veg starter. Garlic bread, bread & chole, 4 type pizza, coke, fenta, french fry, icecream all unlimited. Every thing is fine but the pasta and fruit based starter was not good.other wise many option and Paisa vasool dinner.
280 /- for adult
180 /- for kid.
Too much for dinner
If u r goody and like pizza than u must visit there.

Overly crowded place on weekends and holidays. Apart from this the food and the service is good.

This place is economical and food is good. It is crowded during weekends specially on Sundays. The ambience is descent, service is nice. Go for the unlimited menu, that is value for money. The variety of pizza's in the unlimited menu is good.

I am disappointed with my first visit. I have to admit my mistake that I got stuck with the gimmick i.e. Pictures and some of the reviews. Usually, an individual or family prefers "Unlimited" at this place. I had the awful taste of the unlimited variety of dishes served. Frozen sprouted lentils, half of the dishes were served covered in mayonnaises like noodles, corns, beetroot, pasta, etc. The cool drink served was not cool, no fizz.  There are two more highlights of this place the plate given to eat the unlimited was very small so an individual cannot get enough in one go and often I had to go to fetch food. The human psychology that you get fed up of going many times. Also, the staff at the restaurant will indirectly constantly push you to finish fast. As an Indian, I prefer eating hot dishes but the restaurant served cold dishes. The pizza served is below the expected mark. So overall they did not let me eat in peace.
I urge the readers do not to go by the lucrative pictures or price.

This one's good but the best is in kudasan
Here the chinese was not tasty as salt was not there then hakka noodles were very dry without any taste but the one in kudqsan everything was tasty and the best quality.

You guys serving excellent service and yummy food no need to say how much crowd is there but you serve everyone very well.william john's pizza rock.

Nice food quality. Crowded place during sunday. Nice place for family. Little bit improvement in food service during crowd. The concept of French fries in unlimited is very good. It is better if french fries serves direct on table. Need to increase content of cheese in pizza and garlic bread. Overall quality and service is good.

Place Very Good Food is also good We went for Staff Lunch. Only Issue is there is No Air Conditioning and No Poper Air Ventilation

Test is good, but staff behaviour is very bad, unprofessional staff in this shop, they don't know how to handle a customer, rough behave, no manners to talk, no respect of customer. I feel very bad service and behave of staff. I suggest to not to go in this restaurant, if you going feel the same.at Motera.

Nice experience, Best interior from the others branches. Pizzas are great. Service is also good and friendly. Nice place for party also. I liked the design of interiors as one of the best.

There are various types of hot and cold starters and also two type shoup in unlimited plate pizza quality is not good as u.s pizza by my point of you

The experience was good, the service was also good, no complaints for what i was paying for i had gone there just for the unlimited meal and never tried anything as a separate food order, the unlimited meal was good and had various variety in that and tasty also would surely recommend going there once in a while they even serve brownie with vanilla ice cream which was way better then i expected.

A very good place to hangout with friends.food quality was good and tasty. All staff are helpful especially the manager, he is very cooperative. I definitely come back again and again. Thank you.

If I can provide the rating in minus I would have. The quality of salad are very pathetic, it's better to first check the quality of the food here and then eat. Kindly avoid visiting this place due to their in unhygienic food and degraded food quality. Pastas were having water gravy and pizzas were also not fresh. They should stop reheating food and server something fresh and quality food. Kindly avoid this place if you don't want to try pathetic tomato soup and pastas

It's place is good things are very improve now but yes its costly 239 + Tax almost 250 RS compare to other it's costly. Quality is also good. Usually we take more starter Than pizza True.

Not a good quality food in Chandkheda outlet In last 5 years this is the worst quality pizza where i visited also staff behaviour is rude. No management for food items Recommended not to go. Request to William Johns to lose down the outlet so that other people's money did not waste.
