Building Candor Techspace

No respect for Vendor team and Third gender people.like me. Mr Krishn Sharma Housekeeping Assistant manager (JLL) From Brookfield side does not provide Job for LGBTQ community people.

They have renovated the campus in lockdown time, it looks more amazing and spacious now.
Architecture and gardening is amazing, very well maintained.
Vaccination is going on for employees at companies there.
Most of the business (food court/fast food/gift shops etc) are still closed from lockdown.

Beautiful space.
All food shops are closed from 2020.
Avoid going on rainy days.gets completely water logged sometimes

Visited the place today. I took a auto from indusnd metro station, it charged me 80 RS from there and it's 3 km away from indusnd metro station. It takes around 10-13 minutes to reach the destination.

An SEZ, its location is near to cyberhub and has various tech and KPOs.the place is having lots of eating joints.a fun place to work.

They have made a mess of the vehicular movement and parking inside the premises. Imagine, being in the vehicle for 20 minutes to reach near the destined tower. About 15 minutes just to mark your entry with the security personnel at the entrance.

My office space, and I guess it's one of the biggest IT Spaces in Gurgaon. One might get confused with the entrances and exits. It will take enough time to explore everything inside the area.

The campus is huge, there are amazing food courts including Cinnabons, Starbucks, California Burrito, biryani place, 24Seven and places for shopping like Lenscart, Archie's and much more. If you are employee with kid you can find place for you kid. The security is tight at every entry. There are around three or more ATMs also.

Best Corporate area.as it has all the cafes and snacks centre.also it has Apollo healthcare for any medical emergencies.it has gym centre

It's a nice place in a crowded location. The company's good but.just.good. Don't expect anything good from them or the employees who are already working there. You can be terminated at any time without any reason.

Very well setup with respect to office place, food court and other amenities. Little bit of trouble looking at entry exit traffic management but then it has a limited role to play, it's mostly because of the connecting highways which is very narrow and overpopulated

Its quite good corporate office. Accenture office is there. Food and Beverages outlets like Chaayos, Starbucks, 24Seven shops are located inside the campus.

It was ok ok place when Unitech owned it.after Candor took it, this place has been transformed. Great work ethics and ideas from Candor to make it Great place to work.

Neat campus! Well maintained. But security is so rude and they keep changing entry and exit gates every day which is very frustrating.

Great place. New services and New club house in basement is awesome. Open roof Garden will be great attraction in future.

Many buildings are there. It is nearby palam vihar extension. A high crowd is there but it looks awsome in night

When I go there this building is build complete but need to implement shoppes there. I visited this place before 7 month of this review.

This is the best placed. There are so many MNCs. You can find here Accenture, public sapient, amadocs, RBS, BT and many more.

There is a central mall where you can have food. The top vendor are greyhouse, Domino's, McDonald, Starbucks and many more.

Decent office space, traffic is pain at peak hours. Better to hire a taxi, visit at your own risk during rains

Companies like Accenture, tcs, etc in candor. It has outlets of Pizza hut, ccd, friends, nukkad Wala etc in it.

Located by the side of gurgaon-kapsehra road. Previously, this building was owned by Unitech group and known as Unitech infospace.

Unitech has sold it to a new group and now, it is known as Candor Techspace.

The techspace is just wow!

Very well planned as expected from any techpark but where many faulter.

Ample amoumt of parking space and just the right amount of setbacks left for free, clutter free movement.

It has big names like Dominos, Mc Donald's, 24Seven stores to name a few not to forget Starbucks and California Burrito as well.

Overall an amazing place!

Lovely place to work. Ltd of MNCs are there. Parking, food court path for disabled, security, ambulance for emergency, small wellness centre etc are available

Quite a nice place. Mesmerized by the building. There are also convenience shops for home needs. Food chains, coffee, chains. Connectivity is nice because of easily available ola cabs, etc.

Its huge. Top notch companies have their offices here. Really well built. Tough to find your way arnd. Quite far frm center of gurgaon. Thats the reason for missing one star.

Large office spaces, occupied by BPO kind of offices. Candor (JLL's affiliate firm) is making good efforts to enhance space and public engagement. Restaurants are a little overpriced in comparison to the quality they deliver. The most strange part of this building is its poorly managed and badly placed visitor parking. Second on the list is poorly handled employee entrance. Too many inefficiencies caused by strange management of entry and exit. Candor needs to up their game here. Facility is maintained in a good way though.

Reaching there is a pain.road rash.no driving ethics.locality is full of dust storm.all over construction. Techspace is good.nice companies.nice food court.under construction at times! No parking facility outside the area.

Located in sector 21 Gurgaon.huge space with many good corporate n Accenture largest premises in NCR.it has inhouse mall n eating joints which u wud like to visit often like macd, dominos, Starbucks.although reaching here takes times as u have to pass thru Shankar chowk n udyog vihar.

Personally I like this place and to support I have many reasons. First, if you are foodie, then it won't disappoint you. Lot of options are there.including start buck, chaipoint, Madras Cafe, Mc Donald's nad u named it. Second it has 24*7 security. Only issue is traffic at office time.

Its a corporate park having organizations like Accenture, EY, Bank of America, Sapient etc. The space is good and well managed. It is part of SEZ. Good food joints to eat.
