Café Coffee Day

CCD is always known for its coffee. I have visited with one of my close friend. This time, I got some rush even I visited on weekdays. As expected, the atmosphere is very nice, neat and clean. There is no change in quality of the coffee, it's nice. The staff is very cooperative and humble behavior. The service is also good. I would like to visit again.

Everything is perfect but the staff is I think Overtrained on how to manipulate the things. I ordered for an Espresso and asked for a glass of water and simply he said that RO is not working you can order a bottle of water. That's completely fine if their RO was not working. But how come another customer asked for the glass of water and they offered him the same from their Pantry I understand you need to generate the revenue but at least put same words to every customer of yours. Seriously not a good Experience.

Atmosphere and service was just fine but the food and the price you had to pay for the food was pathetic. Each item is highly overpriced and not worth.

My review is for Americano and hot chocolate
Being a coffee lover i would say the taste doesn't meet the standards they've set in past.
Other cafes are offering a much better taste and aroma.
The crockery, cutlery and quantity also didn't met the expectations

Nice place. Nice vibe. Just love to sit and do whatever wanna do. You can work, chill or go on a coffee date.

The coffee I had was too good but the atmosphere is too dark and there was a smell of old furniture and cloth. I think they seriously need to redo the interiors. The furniture cloth was also torn from some areas.

It's our place to go for coffee cause coffee is although over the years quality has declined but I like it. Atmosphere has been more casual and sofas are torn but service is good.

Its good quite big place to hang around for a while
A lot of sitting options are aviliable according to you liking
Ppl do come for meetings over here
Quite cooperative for all who want to sit there and work all day

Water supply to only toilet is frequently hampered due to faulty motor. Standard of cleaning of toilet is also far from satisfactory. Please do the needful

Today I visited ccd sector 9 Panchkula along with wife.
We both had gone to sector 17 Chandigarh for shopping.our plan was to have samosa and coffee in ccd, as we were hungry.
But the standard of this ccd has gone so low I tell you. Samosa was so old, soggy and oily. Horrible. Coffee was not hot.
Very bad experience. Never ever I will visit this ccd again.

It lacks the ambience that should be there at coffee places.
Neither the food was good also its costly.
Not recommend.
No social distancing was followed and was crowded too.

You can listen to songs and side wise you can go for biz meetings too spacious and easy to locate

Great coffee, not so great eatery. Its not the same as it used to be during its glory days. CCD struggles as company clearly shows in its outlets. 70% of eatery is not available, also only few coffee options available.
But, it still provides great place and ambience to sit, relax and have a cup of coffee.

Despite of shortcomings, iam still giving full stars. No one can match the charisma and coffee of the great CCD.

I don't understand anything in upscale chai ki dukaan.
I am worried, scared and uncomfortable whenever I go to such places. And everytime, my order turns out to be different to my expectation and the pic on the menu

Wow a favourite stop for me.
My friend took me here for the first time and I loved it the very first time.

A secret - I asked them if I can do my office work here for a couple of days and they said YES

Unprofessional staff.may be all are freshly recruited.they don’t know how to work

There was not much rush but coffee took like 30 min to come.

Glass was full till top.my friend made a funny snap of me spilling it cos I couldn’t drink it.
Workers uses the washroom, kept me waiting.which should be not allowed.or alternatively.provide a separate washroom.very bad experience.will go to some other Ccd but not here.

A great place, nice ambiance, good experience for lonely goers.

I asked for cafe americano rather they gave me cappuccino. Also, they forgot to give me crackling brownie that I had ordered with the coffee.

The lounge has a dated look. Service standards are below average. They refused to serve me an Americano in a ceramic cup citing their rules!

Place has good sitting capacity (inside & outside) staff is courteous. Menu choice is fine.

This is a lounge so expect it to be expensive than other ccd outlets, tables are rarely cleaned, washrooms are not essentially equipped with sanitary goods. Few of the plug ports are broken so look before you choose where u sit, in case u need a charging station. I was denied internet once when asked, when I needed. Coffee is good however not worth the price, coffee is freshly prepared on order however snacks are not. It's a good place for customers who need some space to sit and talk for couple hours.

In the middle of sector 9 market Panchkula, is the cafe coffee day lounge. I had to meet a person for a meeting and it was a good spot. Not too crowded, not too noisy.service is good and the staff is courteous. Seating is comfortable. Definitely larger than their setups in Delhi.

The service is good and the food quality is just fine. Latte would be one thing which you could order here to enjoy the view of Hoshiarpur - Jalandhar road.:
