Dear Team i request you kindly deactivate my account and sorry for these word but bad customer service.

Its just waste of my time.i tried may times to buy a helmet from droom but the website always worst.i have uninstall app from my mobile also.

They are cheating people. They demand Rs. 5000 for rto transfer even if you sale your vehicle in Rs. 10,000.registration transfer fee is too high.

Totally unprofessional staff. No commitment. Try to teach buyer. Lot of time waste to get back token amt. Seller after agreeing to bid denies to sell. Buyer suffers but no one listens. Totall waste of time & energy to deal with this co.

Very dumb and foolish services, very poor customer services, don't sell or purchase anything from here total waste of time and money. Really had very very bad and time wasting experience from here.

Very cheap and stupid foolish people they are.they are the dumbest morron in this planest.make people fool by offering them the fake crs.which are already sold out and dowsnt exist. PRATHAM.and some of his senious mke fool of people saying that they will provide us the desired car.bt once they got their payment.teir no. Are switch off and tey re not even responding.they said plz pay 3500 rs we wil give u the details of the car and u can visit them.bt whn we pay the same amount and went to visit the car dealer.that car was already sold before 6 months.stupid foolish PRATHAM nd his team doesnt knw whether they hve the propoer knwoledge or not.we are submitting compalint against them all.we will nt leave u.

They are cheat.i booked for car inspection and booked my time slot and paid online 599.but they came after 20hrs of my booked timeslot.and after inspection told me i will get my inspection report within 2hrs.but i didnt got my report even after 24hrs.

Worst service. For listing something you have to wait for 2 weeks, no response from representatives. Their help line number does not work. No reply from whats app number. Such a useless Website/App. Must be a worst or useless management/CEO.

I am looking for a BMW or Audi, surfed through the site, there are cars that were posted in 2017, how can they be available in 2019 after two years, will the seller be waiting for the last 2 years waiting for the droom buyer to buy his car, rubbish!

This company is a fraud, worst customer care. Money gets deducted and payment failed. Customer care doesn't pick the call or help out with payment issues.

DROOM Company owner provide more facility for his employees and take care for his employees as per MNC culture.

Working here currently.services are great but employees don't work with full dedication.they tend to delay their work there and after and just focusing on taking breaks and all. E-commerce is all about customer satisfaction so please look into that matter so that workflow could be impoved.

So you have listings posted 2-3 years ago. And you want a customer to cough up thousands of rupees to verify whether the listing exists or not? Seriously - what a dumb website! Zooming off from Droom never to come back.

Never sell with Droom. Just a waste of time. It charges for what olx and quickr does for free. Droom just takes money without any service.

I would have given -5 if that that was an option. Pathetic experience, Unprofessional employees, Over-commitments, Not responding to the phone calls, Not replying to the messages, No grievance department. Never consider Droom, never ever.

Its the worst experience you have on any website. In short this company needs funds to run. If you end up paying money to this website you will have the life time to get the refund. Trust me on the cars they show are not at all in that clean condition. Most of them has major defects, and the warranty they give is worth nothing. I saw 10 cars and paid for 3 cars, all of them had major issue, i ended up cancelling all the orders. Its been 10 days and around 40 calls from both the end and still have received my 20k. Never ever prefer this site. Infact if any car has major damage and you want the dealer to update it on droom and sell, they will do it. Droom doesnt check the car physically. Misleading promises made by customer service just to make a lead and sell the car. Just cant write any more, stay away it is scam

Too poor services. Whenever you search a car and before paying token money all things are like you are the only one and important customer they will take followup for everything and suggest you all crab. After paying token money all things gets opposite we have to chase them for every single query. You have to pay token money to droom and after paying this you will get seller details and you have to pay seller extra for book that vehicles
From last 3 days i had paid token money to droom and dealer also and for each everything i have to contact them. Even for document collection no one contact me for anything and am waiting like a fool from 3 4 days.
I really very disappointed by this kind of services.
Mr. Sandeep Aggarwal your idea and thinking of business and opening this startup is thumps up but ground reallity of how work is going on is pathetic.
Sorry for these words but dont play with people time and money. A used car buyer has lots of dreams in his eyes and if he is ditching door to door searching and going direct to ecommerce companies then he had lots of expectations.

If possible i give negative response - marking because bakwas or sirf bakwas.worst experience ever.no customer satisfaction always doing wrong commitment.totally time waste don't waste your time in droom.
