Wrost bank i regularly visit last 3 week but this bank not available debt card and simply say not available whenever you ask nhi available hai to nhi hai this is statement given by bank staffs

Disappointed by the Zero Action taken by the team on my Debit card being stuck along with 9000 cash. I was asked to write my name on a unbranded notebook and come back at afternoon to collect it. When I asked to give me an official document to retrieve the card and money stating the same PP Rajeev took no action. It is difficult to believe we live in a new age era where customer attention is taken so lightly. As a professional I would suggest the employees being trained in troubleshooting in such scenarios and LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS!
